Very clean and tidy. Room was stunning and large. It was warm and beds were comfortable. Free croissants and tea and coffee for when you are off on your days out. Location was the best and could get anywhere in the city within 10 minutes walk. And northern lights i wouldnt bother with excurcsions just hire a car and drive into darkness to see them its FREE.
