Reviews
The rooms have coffee machines which can be tricky to use but the coffee is nice if you can figure out how to make it.
We had an overnight South Coast tour with a stay at a hotel in Hof in the middle of our trip so the receptionist let us store our big suitcase for one day/night until we checked in again.
The rooms are cozy and warm. The hotel itself is centrally located and it was easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. I see other reviewers complained about noise but we didn’t find it noisy when trying to sleep. We could occasionally hear people on the street if they were yelling in the evening, but not so loud that we couldn’t sleep or that it would wake us up.
We needed more coffee pods and garbage bags, and neither of which were restocked in the hall cabinet.
The best part was the breakfast bag. I was really impressed by the quality of the items included. 2 buns, 2 croissants, cheese, butter, apples and juice. I’d often save the buns for a snack, great way to save as food is so expensive
Overall though we did enjoy our stay and would recommend
My only gripe was that the kitchenette was damaged with the fridge tilting backwards and was a little awkward to open without it tilting forward. Clearly the cabinet base needed repairing room 104. Please fix it. You would have 5 stars if it wasn't broken on arrival.
The room was lovely and clean and if you required extra room supplies (towels, loo roll or coffee) there was a cabinet in the hallway for you to help yourself - GREAT idea!
With it's central location a Friday night can be a little loud outside at times.
All the facilities at the hotel were of a very high standard.
Only a short walk to the local transport links.
Overall we loved our stay in your hotel and your country. Thank you for having us.

Cafe and Restaurants near hotel
Service was quick and cafe attendants were friendly despite the busy crowd. This cafe is definitely worth visiting ??
The food, homemade Icelandic ware, is delicious and affordable compared to a large majority of places in Iceland.
I recommend trying the Rye Bread Ice-cream.
The place was nice and warm and the ambiance was very pleasant. We ordered the cheese pizza and it was very good. At only stayed for a quick pizza but it would've been nice to go there for dinner.
Good place of you're looking for something familiar.
