Superb hotel! Very stylish, clean and comfortable place to stay. The location is spot on for exploring the city and close to bus stop 6 (if you're booking tours).
Rooms were very comfortable, with everything you need and although small we had absolutely no issues with this.
Breakfast was very nice, with plenty to choose from. We also ate in the bar one night, chose the burger, which was one of the best I've ever had!
The staff were all very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
Would definitely recommend.

An absolutely amazing hotel. We loved everything about it. The rooms were well stocked. Coffee machines. Bathrooms clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. There was a fridge and safe. Great location from all the Reykjavík sites. Breakfast was amazing.

The manager and front desk were probably the best I've seen at a hotel. Very helpful with travel plans and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Great location and would happily stay and/or recommend again!

A wonderful hotel right off Reykjavik's main street. There's always food and entertainment nearby, and the entire city is within walking distance. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, compared to hotel breakfasts. I'd recommend a top-floor room; they're very hygge-friendly, and there's also a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of the Icelandic landscape.

This hotel is in a wonderful location and within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, and shops.

The breakfast is very diverse and offers a multitude of options for whatever you may desire.

The staff was very nice and accommodating for the most part.

My only grievance is when we first checked in, we had an issue with the sheets not being clean. When I checked in, I was given an upgraded room due to my Hilton status, but they had to change our room because house keeping wasn’t available to change our sheets that evening. We were moved to a smaller room with a different type of shower after being told that the room would be the same as what we had before.

Overall the stay was good and the location made up for the discrepancy.

Excellent location. Boutique hotel vibe. Great options for buffet breakfast (included). Rooms are small but there are plenty of open communal spaces throughout the hotel. You can borrow a portable record player and records for your room if you like. Great option to grab-and-go food across from reception area. Help yourself honour system in place - let the reception know what you pick out to add to your room. Cozy feeling. Bus stop is just steps away for tour pick ups and flybus drop off. Very convenient location. Safe and clean. Great for a friend's getaway, couples, or solo travellers. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel.

I found it very frustrating that the hotel was completely unresponsive.

The food was good but I found on the higher side in terms of price. Location and atmosphere is nice.

Great, freshly prepared food. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Quick service. Recommended.

When the food is ready, the chef yells at you like your parents would, if you had done something that was definitly not right! ? But the food is delicious, best noodles i've had in a long time. Everything is fresh and made from scratch!
28.07.2017 Katie
Super delicious noodle house with noodle soups with different bases. Very easy to get vegetarian options of all their dishes and they have a good range of spiciness to choose from. Went back twice, it was so good! Prices are decent for Reykjavik and the quantity was very generous.

My friends and I touring Iceland came here on a Sat night around 9pm. It was still early enough where they had an acoustic guitarist singing cover songs. It wasn't that busy and had available seating at the time. It was nice and chill and we got to sing along too! However sometime later they started taking away the tables and chairs and more and more and MORE people started pouring in! Young crowd too. We got super lucky bc a group of people left their booth table which ended up being right by the DJ. At this point the it was a packed club (which I didn't expect at all lol). As with any packed club, it was very hard to get drinks and to move anywhere in the bar, and there was a long line for the bathroom to which my friends also added that 2 chicks got in a fight (sounds kinda interesting actually). They played American Music the rest of the night and even with the negative aspects of busy clubs, I still had a grand time, but of course alcohol helps lol.

Top quality sound system, my wife and I heard the music (and revellers) extremely clearly in my hotel over 50 metres away and all night long to boot! The set was top notch with good flow and a good selection of various upbeat music, the sound system made it so clear I could "shazam" over 80% of the DJ's set!
What an experience!
11/10 would definitely not sleep again!
13.09.2017 Rohith
Don't even think of going there. The worst club I have ever been to. 200 people cramped in a place where it can hold maximum 50 People spilling beer all over the place, drunk fightings, I can go on and on.

Great place, been there several times. Always great service and nice staff. Their MangoTango is phenomenal

A serious pizza to be fair. Great job. I'll be back again soon.

Try the ravioli. Very good. Order a pizza to go. The quantity is so less you would feel hungry soon.
27.12.2017 Magnus
F**ing disgusting. We were sitting next to the pizza maker. The heaters where behind us. The waiter then dropped our childrens pizza right in front of us, told us that they would make another one. The waiter put the pizza RIGHT ON THE HEATER BEHIND US. Then a few moments later he brought it back to us. Claiming it was a new one.

Ok food, better to spend a bit more and get amazing food somewhere else

All meals look great but completely lack in taste.
