Very cozy hotel. The Polish receptionist really improved our stay, giving us more information about the activities in the region, as well as the history of the place and current affairs. It is by no means a luxury hotel, but we had a really great time there.

Formerly a convent, this hotel was super cozy and lovely to stay at. Patrick was amazing and super friendly - he actually made us a dinner reservation at a local spot in town too! We all got excellent rest for our first night after flying and woke to a delicious breakfast buffet included with the stay. Would highly recommend if in the area!

The hotel is located next to the harbour and is operated by Catholic church of Fransiskus.Room size is big. Breakfast is good. There is a church for prayer 24hrs at the hotel.

It’s really cozy and they have their restaurant. The room is so clean and cozy. They also have sheep’s goats and Icelandic horse that you can visit.

Check-in was at the restaurant counter, and check-in times are the same as the restaurant's operating hours. The automated email stated a shorter check-in window, but I called and confirmed that you can check in anytime before the restaurant closes. The rooms are amazing, the beds are really comfortable and everything is very modern. We arrived late at night and were still able to check in so that removed a lot of the pressure for us on the road.

Cozy little place with all the cooking utensils one could need. There were two bathrooms with showers shared with 4 other rooms, which is very good considering the low price. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The owner was very nice and helped us with all our problems. I would definitely recommend going here if you need a place to stay!

For being in the middle of nowhere this was one of the best GuestHouse in Iceland. Do you share a guesthouse with five other rooms but there's enough area where you can feel like you're the only one there. Plus there's a hot tub you can use

Great B&B! Clean rooms, great accommodation which you share with other guests. You can use the kitchen to prepare your own meal and enjoy the hottub while watching the Northern light.

The floor is warm, even though there are strong winds at night in the area, there is no one talking around. The sound of the wind is like natural white noise, and there are mini bar drinks, tea, and coffee included in the accommodation price. Really bad reception service, the doors couldn’t be locked from inside or outside. The door was opened by the wind at night. The electrify shouted down at night without knowing any reason then the room became all dark. The air condition is noisy and vibrated all night.

Beautifully located cottages in the heart of Snaefellsness peninsula. The units are nice and functional, with a small but well-equipped kitchen. We did not receive the check-in information in advance (somehow we did not receive the email) so we had to call. Something to consider if you arrive late - make sure you have received an email in advance.

Surprised by so many rave reviews, I’d give this place a 3.5 at most. Views are great from the deck (get there by sunset if you can) but the bathroom is not ideal. The shower floor doesn’t slope towards the drain so you get most of the bathroom wet when you shower, nowhere to put your stuff within the shower stall, and very little space to put your toiletries elsewhere. We stayed here on the first night of our trip and it was perfect!!!!! Relaxing with a cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the landscape was a breathtaking experience, we even got to see a horseback trail ride returning from a mountains tour while we were there. Easy to find, comfortable and cozy space, with incredible, secluded views.

The wonders of Iceland. Had a great stay here - arrived late on a wet and windy night but the room soon warmed up and was nice and toasty. Lovely breakfast. Our group was struck by strong winds and we were not able to move forward in our return back at our hotel. This one offered us a very warm hospitality, with hot tea, water, cake and they also cooked for us soup. We had the chance to rest, charge our phones and wait for the storm to slow down. As we were returning to Reykjavík, the weather got much worse, with strong winds and a heavy snowstorm, making it impossible not to stop somewhere. There were 40 of us, and they hosted all of us for a few hours until the weather calmed down. They prepared delicious fish and tomato soups for us. We got stuck in a road nearby due to strong winds and these amazing people took as in. Served as tea , cake and the most tasty soup. The facilities were really clean. I can't recommend them enough!!!!! If I ever visit Iceland again I will defently stay in this hotel. Hopefully with better weather

We stayed in the newer wing of the hotel which was very lovely. The rooms were spacious and the interior was very modern. The hotels restaurant also served delicious food though there are not many other options near by. I woild stay here again.
