Reviews
We requested two single beds in our booking and they were not single but together as a queen (not matching photos), and there was a mattress topper that was soiled with what looks like bodily fluids. The staff was able to reconfigure the beds but did not provide a new or clean mattress topper.
No towels are provided for the geothermal pool and you are explicitly told not to use them and instead to rent an additional one for $10+ USD. Another sign warns you not to contact the front desk for non emergencies overnight and outlines the fee for such a call!
Never have I spent so much for a hotel for so little value and such a nickel and diming experience. To not even provide coffee in the morning is a terrible experience for guests. I would highly recommend against staying here unless you find a steep discount.
I will say we had an excellent experience with the two employees we interacted with who were kind, helpful, and wonderful to talk to. This review is not a reflection on them but on the policies and cleanliness of the hotel.
