I would not suggest to stay here to anyone because it’s very dirty place including bed, lots of cockroach's. Even the WiFi was not working. AVOID THIS PLACE.

The room needs renovations . The bed mattresses needs to be replaced and pest control needs to be done..

LOL!!! I did not checked to the hotel, but got checked-in automatically by the manager and the room was also alloted.

While showing the rooms before booking was nice, but when it came for alottment it was a small room without any windows and a stinking bathroom.
Bathroom towels were brown / dirty with stains.
In the name of toliletories, a tiny cheap unbranded soap peiece and shampoo was kept.
The room was small with false divider that you can hear person snoring next room.
Staff there are unprofessional and ready for argument.
When asked for drinking water it was said as chargeable all the time. Usually you get already one litre per person one a day free,but not in this case.
Breakfast was paid service so while asking for omlete bread with a cup of tea it was said that - the portion is restricted so we will be getting only one egg and three slice of bread. On asking for clarification the answer received was "since you paid it is complimentary".
Can someone explain the english here because I never understood that.
In an emergency situation for one night this is place is okay to be. As the only advantage its closer to airport so one can catch midnight flight.

Good food option at very reasonable price

I dont know what to say about this Hotel its just ridiculous. It seems like they dont want to Improve at all with the Food quality and the service they provide. I have visited them 3 times and all the time had a bad experience. First time when I visited the Hotel was in old shape. I had ordered basic Roti and Sabji but they screwed up in that by delaying the order and getting it wrong. Second visit was after the renovation of the hotel. Thought of giving it a try and I sat and I ordered for Mumbai Fav dish Pav Bhaji. After the order place waiter comes after 15 min and informs me they dont have Pav Bhaji as the raw material is over Seriously after 15 min. BTW I was on my office dinner break. Last and final experience was recent I thought giving it 1 last try as I am regular to AMAR which bang opp to this hotel. Again ordered Pav Bhaji but this time the experience was horrible the the order was served late on top of that the Bhaji made was all dry and stale on top of that they server me Pav without any butter on it I have to call the waiter twice to make him notice. I checked the menu and they have added some Fancy named dishes to which the waiters does not even have clue if they exists in there menu. This was the last time I have visited this restaurant. I would advice caution to all people visiting this hotel.

Amazing delicious mouth food & deserts. Lamb pot noodles & garlic prawns is awesome. One dish is good for two servings. So yummy. You never wanna leave.. the food cooked with heart & soul. Not very easy to find good Chinese food in Mumbai. 5Spice fills the void largely. Good food and great quantity.

Had been there for its most famous dessert, Mission impossible. Mission is really impossible to complete it without a big group. It's yummy and delicious. A must go place.

Amazing quantity of food for a fairly reasonable price, and nice ambience too. Their Chicken Mongolian Pot Rice is a dish that is pretty much universally liked. Burnt Chilly Rice is pretty good too.
