My stay at the Trident Bandra Kurla was truly pleasant, and I cannot speak highly enough of the impeccable service provided by the team. As a solo traveller visiting Mumbai for work, safety and comfort were very important to me—and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, making me feel both safe and welcomed throughout my stay.

I chose this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to my conference venue, which made my schedule much more manageable. Although I didn’t have much time to explore the city, I was grateful to have a short window before my conference began. The hotel arranged a driver for me—Senthil—who was incredibly kind and efficient. In that limited time, he managed to take me to several key spots, allowing me to experience Mumbai, even if only briefly. I truly appreciated his effort and thoughtfulness.

Thank you to the entire team for making my short stay in Mumbai both comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially solo travellers looking for a safe, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

Great place to stay. Clean neighborhoods,great location and great customer service. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we had a good time here, they are so sweet and very attentive . Highly recommended 😊

I stayed 1 night through trip.com and I am about to stay another 5 nights through direct hotel booking. At my 2nd night at TBK, I received a 4:30AM call asking me whether I wanted to order breakfast. Who does that? This completely destroyed my night of sleep as I was impossible for me to fall asleep after that. I don’t know if I will make it though my 9h meetings working day. This is an unprofessional mistake and frankly it makes me hate my ongoing experience for now.
