The rooms are ageing. But still maintained somehow. I feel abit too high standard - staff tried to be friendly but their priority are VIPs than someone who is also actually paying for their stay.

A wonderful weeklong stay, thanks to the entire team
We had a truly pleasant weeklong stay at Taj Lands End. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout. The breakfast spread was quite good, offering plenty of variety.
While frontline staff rightly receive the most recognition, I’d like to shine a light on the silent warriors behind the scenes—the housekeeping team, who work tirelessly to ensure every guest is comfortable. A special shout-out to Mr. Umesh from housekeeping, who went out of his way to make a real difference to our stay.

Taj hotel around the world is always a pleasure to be in. The great service with smile, the awesome food, great infrastructure, hotel facilities are always top notch.
Taj lands end is no exception to above. The property is old and is very well decked up.
For me Taj staff at late night worked to search my lost iphone. I eventually recovered in my car. But it once again showed the exceptional service.
The food (in room dining and breakfast) was feast for our palatte. The outdoor seating was also pretty good.

The rooms are small and my room with a babycrib occupied the entire area with little area to stroll.
The room did not come with all toiletries, although everything was provided on call.

Great Experience! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid.

Most stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside. The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. Rooms on certain floors are very dated and can do with some improvements but they are aware of this already.

Beautiful hotel, great food, though it feels old but quite spacious. Food in Trident BKC is tastier than Taj but living experience in Taj is luxurious.

Beautiful hotel and great location but service wasn’t great in parts. Mostly in the bar, restaurant for breakfast - very slow and also a lot of items not available. Our iron didn’t work in the room and they forgot to do the turndown service on night 1. We had a good stay but a few areas for improvement.

Wonderful experience. Excellent staff & service. Very nice room with great view of the Sealink Bridge and Mahim Bay. Very good location - Hill Road shopping area, Elco, the pain poor’s place only ten minutes taxi ride away.
Minor shortcomings: there was too much furniture in the guest room the furniture was poorly laid out, the bath room sink faucet was loose, the quality of some breakfast food items could be better.
