We had a truly pleasant weeklong stay at Taj Lands End. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout. The breakfast spread was quite good, offering plenty of variety.
While frontline staff rightly receive the most recognition, I’d like to shine a light on the silent warriors behind the scenes—the housekeeping team, who work tirelessly to ensure every guest is comfortable. A special shout-out to Mr. Umesh from housekeeping, who went out of his way to make a real difference to our stay.

Taj lands end is no exception to above. The property is old and is very well decked up.
For me Taj staff at late night worked to search my lost iphone. I eventually recovered in my car. But it once again showed the exceptional service.
The food (in room dining and breakfast) was feast for our palatte. The outdoor seating was also pretty good.
Opportunities
The rooms are small and my room with a babycrib occupied the entire area with little area to stroll.
The room did not come with all toiletries, although everything was provided on call.
Minor shortcomings: there was too much furniture in the guest room the furniture was poorly laid out, the bath room sink faucet was loose, the quality of some breakfast food items could be better.
