JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu in Mumbai

I enjoyed the customer service. I asked to provide break fast on checkout day it was on time. I asked for hotel cabs multiple times, it was available. I asked for a good view room and hotel manager was kind enough to help me with that. Very good sea views from rooms.

This has a nice location and not far from airport, it is dated but being upgraded at the moment so hopefully should be a lot nicer the next time I visit. Service is good but needs a lot more improvement, staff seem to take orders for breakfast and then forget to come back, and i noticed that they seem to concentrate on some people more then others because of tips given at start of service, we always give tips at end because you reward people who do well.
The pool area needs a lot of attention and new furniture it is very dated so hopefully will all be replaced.

Everything is excellent except system of not giving invoice of room rent for 3 days

Hotel people were adament that for room rent only trip.com will give receipt

So this thing never happened in any of hotel. They will give bill even if hotel is booked by trip.com

Person stay in hotel he should be given bill by hotel only

2 leisure n chilling days with gr8 shopping .
Hotel was gr8..service location n it's most friendly n helpful staff.looking 4ward to yet another stay with jw mariott.

Rooms are bit small and old it seems. Spa and gym is amazing 👏
Restaurants are great as well.

The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there.
I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say "we ll call you back but that call never comes" .
