Ramee Guestline Hotel Khar in Mumbai

Very very good experience .. it’s my first wonderful experience in a hotel in Mumbai of the many trials. Amazing service by the room service always prompt and Babu Raj giving the service with a smile all the time and so are the others. Will stay in Ramee Guestline henceforth .. keep it up guys ! Superb atmosphere food and service

Usually, things go downhill once you hit a problem at check-in—but in our case, after the initial shock and surprise, the experience genuinely went uphill. We booked this property with complete faith because of our previous great stay at the Ramee Dadar property. Since we were travelling for a surgery and staying for a few nights, we left a clear note that cleanliness was extremely important. Unfortunately, the first room we were allocated was in a shocking state—visible spots in the bathroom and overall not acceptable given the request. There was also confusion around early check-in. Before confirming the booking, we were told we could check in at 6:00 AM for an extra charge. However, after calling the hotel from the airport, we were told check-in would only be possible after 7:00 AM, which meant we had to spend a few extra hours at the airport. That said, credit where it’s due: the junior staff member on duty handled the situation with patience and professionalism. She showed us a few alternative rooms (none were great), but she escalated it to her seniors and ultimately arranged a room that was in much better condition. From that point onward, the stay was honestly excellent. The staff across departments were warm, proactive, and extremely helpful, which made a huge difference—especially given the purpose of our trip. Our room was cleaned by Sushil Kumar and Ramesh, and they maintained the room to the highest standards every day. We had daily breakfast served in the room, and it was consistently high quality and delicious—we genuinely looked forward to it each morning. Even the in-room dinner was impressive. A special mention to Kartikay—a true gentleman. Calm, composed, and always ready to help. Recommendation to Ramee management: This property is at a great location, but it really needs better upkeep and some serious refurbishment. If the rooms matched the quality of the staff, this place would be outstanding. Despite the rocky start, we’re leaving with a very positive impression overall—mainly because the team handled the situation so well.t the team truly turned it around

The expirence is, room facilities and food is also good, i have stayed here 2 times and there staff are also good. But the wifi doesn’t work properly. Other than everything is good.
