Privilege Inn in Mumbai

Save yourself some headache and book some other place! Staying here was one of the most frustrating hospitality experience i have had in my life and I have been to uncountable hotels!
We lived here for a week and the experience was nothing short of horrible!
The rooms are very basic and worn down. Broken shower, misfunctioning lock, rude management and smelly hallways were the highlights of our stay.
The management takes no accountability for their faults and has the audacity to blame the guests when asked to fix things.
The shower was broken the day we arrived and even after informing the management they ignored it for two days until we escalated the situation. Our key was deactivated every single night and we had to make multiple trips to the reception everyday for the staff to manually open the rooms which felt like a huge invasion of privacy and yet the management did not own up to their shortcomings or change rooms even when requested.
There was no room service for days even when asked. One night we were left with no water and when we requested for water the staff shouted on us.
The staff even suggested we create a scene on the reception for the management to take action which is not what we came or paid for!
Definitely skip this terrible place with terrible management which doesn’t care for its guests!

Good convenient location, bang on link road in Malad, ample parking inside and at front. Apart from that everything is just negative. Booked thru cleartrip showing room size of 222Sqft, offered room was much less, when enquired reception lady told we have all rooms of 180SqFt and don't have any control over online booking what they show but when that rooms WC flush failed they offered another room which was actually around 222SqFt so seems that was complete lie from reception lady. Hotel seems to be old and tried half renovated, bedsheets and towels were stinky, furniture, sanitary fittings, electronics all are outdated, ACs are working or not cooling adequately, link road facing rooms have pigeon shit all over window and badly stinks inside room. Charging ₹67 for 1 lit of water bottle. Car washer charge ₹200 for every single car cleaning. Service staff expect tip at every room service. Reception expect you to beg for better room. Feels like everyone there is to make extra money rather providing guest service. Its a complete mess out there, choose them wisely!

Hotel room was average.
The hotel was costlier according to facilities not more than Rs 1500. You get better options woth good facilities.
