Observed and experienced only hotel for the 9 days trip in India from Delhi to agra, to Juipur to Mumbai, and really helped customers nor doing the work for tips. Housekeeping guy was very considerable and helpful in sending extra towel, a soft and a hard pillow for my kid to sleep better. As i go for Lollapalooza , it is the good location which is close to the venue. Got the corner room with the big window and the room was clean. All staff is helpful.

I don't recommend this hotel. It's noisy and crowded. The restaurant is small, so you often have to wait for a table. The pool wasn't working, which was a dealbreaker for us since we specifically chose this hotel for its pool. Very disappointed.

Amazing location adjacent to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Hotel service was excellent, myself and my daughter shared a double bed, which was enormous and very comfortable. Ac wasn't working at all, despite informing the staff on occasion basis they did not bother to consider the request. Next day they made us shift in a different room. Housekeeping staff has an attitude issue and not pleasing at all. Which is not good for the hospitality service industry.

The room was small but clean, and it's very close to the MRT station.

Upon check-in, the room was clean and exactly as pictured and described. However, the next day, renovations began next to my room, leading to noise, dirt, and dust. Additionally, there was no hot water for the entire two days I stayed there. It's an okay option for a one-night stay, suitable for less demanding and more resilient travelers.

Kind of new building stay with reasonable price staff all good and one suggestion will be if you can add complementary breakfast. Rooms are new and cleaned very well, atmosphere is good and it located just 600 mtr away from Mumbai Central Railway station. Noise levels are very low despite located in main road.

Excellent service and attention to detail. My only issue was that the pool is used for lessons for local children. So unfortunately I wish I’d know prior to booking because the pool was a big part of my needs.

All in all okay but breakfast spread could be better and they need to update their system for foreigners who came and did digital immigration while entering the country as they did not have adequate knowledge about that.

It’s a 5 star hotel but the service at the front desk was very bad. The concierge guy told us to have a seat at the restaurant while waiting to check in. But he forgot all about us and did not help to check us in. Then he said he will help to call a restaurant to make reservations. But he said he did, confirm he didn’t cause he kept giving us excuses.

The hotel has a lift but you still have to walk one flight up. Otherwise the rooms are spacious. You can get your own drinks and have them in the room. The hotel is just on the main road but the entrance is kind of hidden but it is just next to Union bank of India.
