The hotel is in the heart of Colaba, easy to get to tourist sites, but above all the friendliest staff I have come accross in India. Hotel is a little dated but for the price and the staff it was well worth it.

I found this hotel to be a solid option for a stay in Mumbai. Very good location, excellent attention from the competent and friendly staff, comfortable and clean bed, hot buffet breakfast included. My room was spacious and quiet, and had working AC and nice hot shower. While some fixtures in the bathroom could have been improved, I would definitely stay here again. I first stayed here in 2013 and I've been back intermittently over the years. I still maintain this is the best street in South Bombay. The Godwin, though fading in some ways is constantly being renovated. I was so lucky with my 7th floor Garden Rd facing room with views of the Taj Hotel and right across to VT and Rajabai Tower on the Maidan. Amazing experience and great service. Vikas has been very helpful and a great host. Even with a lot of footfall, he showed extreme patience and support in accommodating all requests. It’s worth the money. Get a good nights sleep and if you want to be around Malad it’s a decent stay. The breakfast is really good. The key card times out though and needs re done every day but other than that it’s a decent stay. They aren’t reachable via phone mind so it’s a bit of a task getting through their phone line if you go via the website.

Had a pleasant experience at Hotel Cliffton. Room and washroom were clean and AC was functional. But pillows, like all 4 or lower star hotels in India, was stiff and pain for neck. Bedsheets could be a bit more cleaner. Breakfast was a buffet with non-veg options and contains north and south Indian dishes; enjoyed it. For dinner, chicken thali was nice.

Perfect Location and if you want to be close to the airports T1 and T2 plus convenient to travel to the main locations of the city. Polite, soft spoken staff and above all knows how the hospitality industry works.

I had a amall nice room. I really liked the fact that they packed all the bathroom accessories in paper rather than plastic. It was very environmentally friendly. The only problem was the smoking smell in my room (I think because of bad air condiotioning) which was very annoying. It would have been nice to have a hairdryer too.

As a female solo traveller, my stay here at the Suba Galaxy has been excellent. Every team member are incredibly kind and super helpful, from reception, restaurant, housekeeping and concierge. The restaurant has an excellent menu, breakfast which was included in my stay, taxi transfer was arranged back to the airport at a very reasonable charge, the hotel is super clean and fresh 10/10 thank you.

Location wise is great which is near to malls and shopping areas. You will find a lot of food options outside the hotel in case you need to try local food. inhouse restaurant is very good and has hygiene and tasty food.

I only stayed one night on this visit but have considered this hotel before. I had no experience of the breakfast offering this time so cannot comment on that. The room was smart and clean and the general impression was good. My only negative point is in respect of the WiFi, which was very very weak (less than 0.5 mbps), so no possibility of streaming, and difficult to access. If I stay here again...

Centrally located with lots of restaurants and shops in surrounding area. Dadar Station is stone throw away. New management (Fern group) is taking over the management of this hotel. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast is basic and starts at 8 am (I suggested the manager to start at 7 am) I will definitely return to this hotel.
