We were quite disappointed, especially considering the amount we paid. Some of the key amenities were not functioning properly—the jacuzzi switch didn’t work, and the room AC kept turning off during the night, which made it uncomfortable. They have decent rooms. At this price point and location, it is one of the very good options. Also, they do have banquet halls with 100-150 people capacity. Also, they arrange for cab service if you're a tourist visiting Mumbai.

It is situated on the road going to Bell Bazar from Kamani Traffic Signal. Difficult to reach from Kurla on Central Line or Andheri on Western line. You will be at the mercy of rickshaw drivers. ₹30 per person is charged by share rickshaw from Kurla station West. Even their staff don't help when you call for landmark or how to reach there. One should go for it only when other options are not available

Stayed here for a conference, the staff was polite and helpful, cleanliness was ok. Location is close to the Phoenix Mall and airport which is a plus point for business syays. However tourist spots will require commute. There is no in house restaurant but there is one just across the road so it wasn't too much of a problem. Recommended for business stays. Compared to nearby hotels, the price here was a bit lower, and their service was very good. Although Their behavior was very helpful. However, there is no elevator to reach the rooms, so you have to use many stairs, which is very tiring.
