The experience this time was very disappointing. The basin in washroom was leaking and even after reporting it was not addressed. There was no water supply in the washroom was unavailable during one of the nights and was available only at 6:00 am.

I stayed at the hotel for seven days and have had better hotels during my trip through india that offered more service, friendlier staff and better value for money. When i get a room right next to the hotel kitchen, the staff talking loudly and washing dishes until one/two o'clock in the morning and rattling the dishes again very early the next morning, it's hard to sleep. Management is good. Very cordial, warm. They did help out to ensure I don't unnecessarily pay more. So kudos on the ethics. They have done quite well in terms of room interiors considering the constraints of the locality. A little more room space would have been good to have.

The hotel is very good, with a comfortable stay and great overall experience. The staff is polite and helpful. I would especially like to appreciate one of the staff members, Dhruv Engale. He is a very kind and humble person who serves food with great care and treats guests very gently. His behavior truly made our experience even better.

I always stay at Hotel Mumbai House. I prefer their F&B and House keeping service. Also there Food is very tasty. Specially, Dhrup Ingale provided very good F&B service. I suggest anybody can prefer to stay here, if like to stay near Andheri.

Room is good size . .Bed is big and comfy. 10 min from airport. There are many food outlets there.

Wonderful staff who helped when my elderly father was sick. We stayed in a large family room, watch feels like a mini apartment, ideal for a family of three or four.. This is our second stay here.. The staff remembered us fondly from last year..it is located in a quiet, beautiful part of Mumbai and the hotel itself is an historic building..Will certainly stay again next time my family is in Mumbai

Firstly: I paid for an Indian friends room who checked in day after, but when she checked in they made her pay the room one more time, which was really embarrassing since I had promised her to pay for the room. Secondly: I fell sick and posted don't disturb sign on door, the staff wake me up 2 times, knocking and ringing doorbell.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. It seems to be a historic building, but it's undeniable that the facilities are a bit outdated. The breakfast was simple and just average.

The front desk was very resolute and quickly dealt with the problem with the magnetic strip on my card key. For breakfast, they cooked an omelet every morning. There's also a train right in front, so you can use it outside of peak hours.
