This place is absolutely stunning! It’s clean, spacious, and offers excellent value for the price. The buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all delicious, with à la carte options available as well. I would honestly say this is the best place I’ve stayed in Mumbai. The room was great, and the service was very nice, too. Breakfast was also good, with food delivered to the room. It is a small building with 4 rooms per floor, but it is really nice. The rooms are also neat and clean. The bathrooms are small but well kept.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location right opposite CST Station, making it easily accessible. The property is newly renovated and well maintained, which keeps the rooms and common areas clean. However, the rooms are quite small, and there is no ventilation in either the room or the bathroom, which can make the space feel a bit closed. Pricing offered is also a bit high.

Make sure you get the higher floors level 6 and above, but do note it's a shared bathroom , which is perfectly fine since it's regularly cleaned. Hot water shower was perfect. If you're more than 1.75, you are gonna hit the ceiling really, especially in the toilet, but it's padded so get ready. It's a decent hotel, but there's a caveat. I booked a king-size bed, but they put me in a room with a single bed, which was cheaper the entire trip. We couldn't resolve the issue. "If you don't like it, cancel the reservation," was the answer. There was no time to argue and look for another one, so I had to agree.

Stayed one night here. It is on 4th floor the building and hotel reception, corridoor, etc. are maintained better, but the outside of building is typical galli look. Old room and not satisfied. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

It's a good place to stay for a couple of nights. The room is on the ground floor, with a formal window facing a trash-strewn alley. Air conditioning, hot water, power outlets, a TV, and internet are all available. We saw a cockroach, but that's not unusual for Mumbai. There's a Universal restaurant nearby, serving Iranian cuisine. Not far from the Aqualine metro station.

The staff at the reception are very courteous and helpful people. The room service staff attend to calls immediately. The only issue was the location of the hotel which is isolated and surrounding unpleasant and dirty. To get a transport for a short distance like auto rickshaw, one has to walk quiet a distance.
