The staff at the reception are very courteous and helpful people. The room service staff attend to calls immediately. The only issue was the location of the hotel which is isolated and surrounding unpleasant and dirty

The area is a bit isolated frm the main road. Comfortable and clean rooms. Reasonable rates. Prompt service. Mr. Abhishek at the reception is a true gem. The most polite front desk staff I've ever seen.

Good hotel but highly priced for my very small room. No bed tea at that price, kettle there but no sachets of tea coffee sugar etc. On the whole a pleasant stay of 15days

Good hotel at best place near to girgaoun choupati and Marineliance, room are small but nice food is also good but costly.

No water in the morning Ac not working Reception no and wifi details not pasted in the room not intimated on arrival , so had to come down to talk to the reception in the night for water and Ac issues

Recently had a 1 night stay at this hotel with my friend. If you're a Malaysian, this hotel is just situated 1.2km to the embassy so you can walk there. Great value for mone. Nice staff.

Even though it's a 5-star hotel, it felt a bit dated. The room had a musty smell and was a bit damp, probably due to a poor ventilation system. Overall, it was acceptable though.

It is a quaint little hotel on Juhu Tara road, a couple of minutes walk from the beach. It's well kept and clean and the staff are attentive and friendly. My first stay here and I will return no doubt about that
