Only good thing is the location. Its located near "The Lalit" International Airport mumbai. Breakfast is bread, egg omlette and a cup of tea given in room. OK for one night. Avoid if you are with family though there is nothing wrong.

It's couple friendly hotel please don't come with family any how. Very dirty washroom, broken ac, dirty blankets, broken washroom tiles, ceiling fan is dirty. No one will be at reception at night. Disgusting hotel of mumbai near airport road.

Worst hotel of my life ..cockroaches found on bed we change two time in boths room ..not water camp clean and bathroom so bad coming smel ...you can't live in room if maintain youself as clean .. review good given on Google 5/5 is them people only ..

This is the hotel star palace is the worst and horrible hotel I have ever stayed with goibibo
I would say please do not make contract with this type of cheap and dirty hotel to loose your genuine and regular customer.

Staffs were totally rude and unmannered.. They donn know atticates and manners.. Bfr entering in the room.. You should knock and wait outside for the response..
For water bottles staffs were asking extra money for providing.. No regular cleaning..

According to money hotel rooms and facilities are very good and staff was so helpful .and very near from airport .and best thing was pic up and drop facility is there . I'll suggest my all friends to visit hotel star palace Mumbai.
