The location on Google map is wrong, you need to go through the app and then find the location (or you can go to this location - 22.625744,88.417476) The service is great. The behavior of the staff is good.

This is a very good place for a couple. The comrades are also good. There is a fast food center next to the hotel. It is very cheap, and the quality of the food is terrible.

I had stayed for 1 day. Most unprofessional hotel.
1. No hot water available.
2. The room was smelling very bad, not cleaned, someone have thrown khaine which was not cleaned.
3. No soap body wash , shampoo provided. Even after requesting many times.
4. At the time of checkout receptionist asked my phone to take a code and gave the rating himself.

Pathetic place dont go with the ambience froom reception staff everyone even some of the reviews are also done fake thay even force pepoles to rate them 5 star by telling then thay will give then coupen thay humilate pepols after opting for this property u ll regret thay can proove u theive or anything

It's a very good place for the couple. Associates are also good. Beside this hotel there is a fast food center. That is very cheap and food quality is awsome.

Extremely poor service, I had a stay for 2 days in this property and it is written no smoking inside the room otherwise the penalty charge will be 5000 , okay that’s fair I did not have any problem with it, but at the time of checkout today they framed me accused me of smoking inside the room and asked me to give 5000 as they have found some ashes in the dustbin, I simply told them I have nothing to do with this, as in the dustbin what people have thrown I have no clue but they were arguing and misbehaving with me, I simply reported it to OYO customer care and they did the rest of it, the stuffs and especially the LADY MANAGER who sits at the reception was extremely unprofessional and rude , she was constantly blaming me and arguing with me, after I reported this matter to higher management then they understood the consequences and did let me go but my whole day ruined after that matter, I did expend my money and I deserved a better stay but the stuffs and the Lady Manager ruined my day. Please don’t visit to this property and if u r visiting don’t expect a good stay ..... I wish they understand and learn customer service and hire standard people to sit in the management

The worst service ever i had... Its so unprofessional that they themselves came to us for giving the rating. They asked for the booking id and gave rating to themselves.. Cleanliness is the biggest issue . Even its not like a hotel its like a prison to stay on..
Besides this, i must say only decoration i can give them 5 rating.. but overall experience is that we cant plan to stay once again..
