Nice hotel to stay with friends. All the important places of the city can be easily accessed.

I stayed here during IPL, and Eden Garden is merely 15 minutes walk away. This proved to be of great help while returning late night after the match.

The hotel is shabby to say the least. The hotel management is pathetic and denied us booking. The neighborhood is dirty and rooms are unhygienic. Don't fall for the sweet words from the manager.

Very nice hotel , rooms are cleaned and air conditioned. Price is also cheap and room service is also good.
But don't order food from the hotel itself either you order food online or you can go to some resturant.

Fan fall out from the wall. Room full of bed bugs, holes in the wall, AC was very weak and didn’t keep a stable temp. Gave another star just because the behavior of staffs were good and for the location.

Absolutely ridiculous service. They will rob you by putting extra charges with arbitrary service, staff attitude is pathetic and rude, ridiculous room service. Worst hotel I have stayed even if it is for 1 day. Not recommended in any way and please stay out of it. The rooms are unclean and you may get infected. If there is a concept of negative marking, I would have used that.

Worst service!! Wifi don't work at all in second floor... told the manager to fix it. Then manager said that he will get it fixed. But he didn't do it. The phone also didn't work. If u have to call room service or order for food,u have to go outside of your room then there is a calling bell then if u press then, u have to wait at least 15/20 mins..then if u are lucky,a boy will show up.
But the price of the room is cheap than any other hotels.

First of all i just love to visit kolkata, nd m a frequent visitor, according to my budget being a student new city hotel tariff are best and the best thing is that new market takes only 10 min from there.

I wont prefer it as a family stay.
For bachelors or for only gents its quite a good deal.

We always go to Adda Bites and have Smoke Fish which we love the most. Food quality is awesome.

Nice, cozy, small restaurant for snacks & dinner within budget. Food is quite good, serving specially Chinese dishes & few Thai dishes too. Fish, pork even lamb items (based on availability) are available. Ideal for get together of friends. Take away also available.

A small hole in the wall, providing a larger than life south east asian food experience. Don't be fooled by the casual decor- the chef is really good, and the taste is authentic.

We frequently go to this place and have pan fried momo which i love the most. We have also tried some chinese and they were also good. Staff is very polite
