Review of Treebo Orion Sapphire
My overall stay at Treebo Orion Sapphire was comfortable and satisfactory in terms of room cleanliness, basic amenities, and staff behavior. The hotel is decent for a short stay, and most things were managed properly.
However, there were a few disappointing aspects that need improvement.
The most upsetting experience was related to breakfast service. As I had an early morning checkout and a long-distance journey ahead, I requested the hotel staff on the previous day to provide some breakfast for us. Despite the request being genuine and reasonable, they refused to provide it unless we paid extra. This felt quite insensitive and inhuman, especially when the stay already included complimentary breakfast.
Another drawback is the very limited variety in the complimentary breakfast. Only 2–3 items are provided, which is insufficient. A few more options should definitely be included to make the breakfast worthwhile.
On the second day of my stay, breakfast (only puri and sabji) was delivered directly to my room without any prior information or consent. I am not sure why this was done. Any such change in service should be clearly communicated to guests in advance.
Overall, the hotel is okay, but these issues—especially the lack of flexibility, poor breakfast variety, and lack of communication—need serious attention to improve the guest experience.

We stayed for a day and one room was ok other one was not good, the two staffs in reception were very not polite and next day we got delayed by 1 hr they charged us extra amount offline

Breakfast options are not that Great. They don't serve omelette or dosa as a complementary dish. Food taste is also very average. Size of rooms if good but it is not that clean. Small mosquitoes are around in bathroom and also in the room. Would not recommend :(

I am a early bird and kitchen starts after8:30. By then I used to be at my work. So couldn't enjoy the hotel food. Apart from its at prime location and I got these rooms at a very reasonable rate online for my solo Trip.

We had a great experience, the amenities and facilities are top notch, location is very peaceful, yet great connection. The stay was very comfortable, the rooms are very cozy and the view was very beautiful, amenities and facilities are top notch. The staffs are very polite and always welcoming, the ambience was so beautiful. Over all we had a wonderful experience and we will visit again for sure. Thank you team.

Nice hotel,cool & calm stay at the heart of City of Joy ie Kolkata.. Previously it was Calcutta. Location is excellent for USA Visa OFC and American Consulate interview Centre. It's at a walking distance from the two above locations. Staffs are excellent and friendly. I stayed there for the fourth time. It's wheel chair accessible.In house dining facility is good and they will be happy to serve your cuisine even outside menu. Rates are reasonable. They have recently renovated interior recently. Will provide cozy ambience.

rooms were dirty & filthy, bed sheets were stained, display of remote of ac was not working, when I complained, lobby boy rudely gave an irrelevant & irrational response as what will you do with ac remote, I told him I want to adjust ac settings once again brusque & churlish lobby boy rudely gave an irrelevant & irrational response, breakfast was of poor quality & limited options

Peerless hotel Kolkata has been an ultimate destination whenever I visit Kolkata. Though I belong to Delhi , I regularly visit Peerless hotel for my business purpose. Peerless hotel has been an Oasis of warm hospitality. Whenever I come here I go to Aaheli restaurant to have a delicious Bengali cuisines. Breakfast at Oceanic is also very good. Mixed with Indian to Continental delicacies . Rooms are clean and has a very good view of Chowringhee area. Though Kolkata was my old city where I love to visit and the second destination is Peerless hotel where I really find the good food and shelter. Nowadays Peerless hotel has improved a lot in terms of services, facility’s and hospitality. The lobby area is quite large and well decorated even they had opened a bar call Bass and Barrel in the lobby area. Overall the quality of the entire hotel has improved. Feel good to come here.

We visited the hotel for a short leisure trip of 2 days. The location of the hotel is good it's about 2 kms from park street more and 300 m from beckbagan more. The staffs of the hotel were very good and polite and I would like to bestow my sincere thanks to the restaurant staffs who helped me a lot when I fell sick and they even arranged for medicines from the nearest store.Overall experience good.

i wish ther was something like"very very poor" or "third-class" sort of rating , especially under the "Service" section. It was amazing how the manager just blatantly lied about a particular loyalty card program.
the food is excessively high-priced but that i guess is part and parcel of wannabe elite dining places. Me and my friends had got a discount coupon from wow dining on Chote Nawab's food bill, but the manager just completely denied the discount.
The overtly exaggerated bill was not as pinching as the realisation that we had been duped by the manager of an otherwise nice(?) restaurant...
