This basic hotel in Kuta offers small but comfortable rooms and bathrooms. It’s a great value for your money! Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi in your room and a swimming pool with chairs to sunbathe. Though please note there’s no safety box or fridge in the rooms. Perfect for travelers seeking a budget-friendly stay!

A great value for a 20 m2 room. The air conditioning didn't work at first. The staff fixed it right away. The location is very strategic, close to Papaya supermarket and various Japanese restaurants / coffee shops. The only BIG problem is NO HOT WATER. The staff said to wait. I have turned on the water for an hour and still not hot.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family and was totally satisfied.
The hotel is very close to tourist areas, like the Kuta Beach or Legian area. There are many places to eat and convenience stores nearby if you need something, and it's not far from the airport as well. It may be a little crowded in front of the hotel because of the traffic lights, but it won't be every time. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was nice too. The staff were very kind, they know many hidden gems that locals know. Haha.
I will come back for sure.

The surrounding area is not very convenient, it is relatively remote and deserted, and the towels are yellow and tattered. There was no hot water in the middle of the night. After changing to 3 rooms and driving for half an hour, there was finally hot water. I was really tired because I arrived at night. The facilities were so poor. It is recommended to improve. Staff are pretty good

THE WORST HOTEL & SERVICE IN MY LIFE!
I don’t understand where the good reviews came from. This hotel totally sucks!
THE ELEVATOR IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, THE STAFFS ARE DUMB & NOT POLITE, THE ROOM IS ALSO DIRTY!
Worst 2 nights ever!!!!
Please help yourself and DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

I came up to level 5, entered my room and it was dirty. I can feel the floors haven’t been dusted properly. The toilet has spiders web in it!
Asked the staff to clean it again while I went out for dinner, and IT’S STILL DIRTY.
Went down to the ground floor, with the elevator lamps NOT WORKING & the elevator opening on EACH FLOOR! Asked the staff (I think it was the manager the one I talked to, because he keeps on telling others to do this & that) and he made it like I was crazy & keeps on saying “I don’t understand” (DO NOTE I WAS TALKING IN BAHASA, WHICH I CAN BET 100% WAS HIS FIRST LANGUAGE).

They also have dog INSIDE the hotel which means bye bye to your peaceful night since the dog will barks 24/7. 🤣

Please do a favor to yourself travelers TO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE.

It's not worth it to stay in the dirty room, the first night arrives, no towels, no complimentary water drinks, AC is not quite working even though I already put in the coolest 16° that in the regular should be freezing.. The best one is only the pool but that one also I can't really enjoy since the surrounding area is smoker friendly that I despised. With lower prices than this hotel I can get a better and clean room in the Kuta area. I've booked for 3 nights but the reception doesn't even know about it and no cleaning for my room. You need to train your workers better. And night security sleeping in the reception area, what a ridiculous. You put it in a 3 stars hotel but I don't think you are. The window balcony not even can be open to get fresh air. This is the first time I was really disappointed with my stay. The famous Indonesian people are the friendliness that I do not get the vibe from one of your worker.

Avoid this place like the plague you get greeted at reception by a barking dog that's in the hotel we booked for 7 nights but stayed 1 hour it was terrible the hotel was full of very loud teenagers were running around and screaming and because I was the only foreigner there they were harrasing us we were on the 3rd floor and they were constantly running up and down the hotel corridors screaming yelling the only good thing about this hotel was the instant refund we got and we left there the hotel room and vibe was very uncomfortable
