Value for money. secluded quiet & serene surrounding. You can sleep & relax properly. 30-40mins walk to most places of interest. Its a dirt, rough road going in the property. Not for the fussy

Located near riverside, easy access by car or motorbike. We stay at suite room which located on second floor, no elevator only stairs. The only concern is the bathtub’s faucet somehow not functioning. Breakfast surprisingly good.

Good Amenities but the entrance to hotel is too bad and it’s near water drainage. Very dirty entrance but their service and room is good.

Spend 5 nights here. The location is good, its a 15 min bike ride to the center of Ubud. I was quite disappointed at the cleanliness of the room, you could still see that the floor was dirty and the curtains had mold on it. In the bathroom next to the shower were a couple spiders. They do provide you with water bottles, ask daily if you want a clean, the bed was very soft and comfortable, staff was very friendly.

I actually loved the suite room as it was big and very accomodating. But some parts of the walls was left uncleaned and looked like a mispaint. One of the suite rooms has no hot water, we asked the staff to fix it but nothing was done until the end of our stay. Probably the most concerning is the location of the villa. The entrance from the main road was a downhill narrow path which only allows one car to pass. With my worst luck I scratched the side of my rented car from a motorbiker who tried to pass against me. One of the customers also shared with me how challenging the pathway was. If fixed, the place could be a game changer.

The villa is nice but the staff needs to improver their service, the downtown is 20 min by drive and the pool needs to be more clean often, room services is not 24 hrs

The staff is very helpful and nice. But the room need to maintain and they need to change the curtain. The smell is too moudly and the room smell mouldy as well. I guess but the weather near to the mountain are more like that. Is too wet!!
