My partner booked a room here coz of the nice bathroom-- and it did not disappoint! Love the location (central but quiet), spacious room (the aircon could be a bit noisy), nice pool (the water's too cold though but you'll get used to it), helpful & kind staff. There are also nice restos beside it and within walking distance.

I just wish the light in the room is a bit brighter. Hope they can also change the blinds on the door (coz we can see people walking from the inside and i'm sure we can be seen from the outside too hehe). But overall, it was a pleasant stay! Will definitely go back. :)

What a great boutique hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. They also provided transport to Airport. They also help you with tours as well. I will definitely will stay again at this hotel.

Lovely little boutique accommodation with the most beautiful staff, so friendly and helpful. Large, comfy bed and good bathroom and AC. Nice pool. Everything spotlessly clean. Very convenient location, close to everything but quiet - except for the rooster next door but hey, this is Bali and nothing a set of earplugs can’t fix! No breakfast served but there is an amazing Ayurvedic restaurant downstairs and great coffee a few steps away at Thovello. I come to Ubud a lot and I’ll definitely stay here again. It’s incredibly good value and really nice. (I started in room 7 but moved due to a terrible smell that came from the bathroom each morning - it was gone by 9am - and the shower kept switching suddenly to burning hot. They said they were going to fix these issues but I moved to room 11 which had no problems).

The rooms are very clean and new and had a great shower and bathroom. Great location with 1 mins walk to the Main Street and hustle and bustle but the hotel is quiet. Staff very nice and friendly (both housekeeping and front desk). Although they don’t provide breakfast but Usada cafe downstairs has great food.

I loved our stay at this hotel. We booked for one night. Ended up staying for a week. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Always available. 24/7 reception. The rooms are beautiful, clean, AC, good WiFi and pool included. Good value for the service. They are always making recommendations for activities to do during your stay. They gave us their whatsapp number so we can contact them any time to arrange taxis or book onto tours.

This hotel is right in th heart of Ubud, but tucked away enough to relax. The staff are lovely and the room and pool were very clean. I would stay here again.

The only thing I can praise is the friendly attitude and dedication of the staff.
Water has been said to be unsupply for a long time, resulting in prolonged inability to bathe.
Or just start washing to stop the water, every day to contact maintenance workers to deal with, every day maintenance every day still no water.
The water pressure is poor, every day at 3am a chicken crows, completely sleepless, the air conditioning is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, the lights are dim.

-room is clean
-good location: in the middle of ubud centre

Con
-no shower water everyday. Everyday in the middle of my shower when I put on my shampoo and body wash. There will be water when you first open the tap, but then the water stops after putting on shampoo and body wash. No matter it is morning, afternoon, evening or late night. Same problem occurs everyday. Staff is eagerly trying to fix it but no progress is seen.
-facility is very old
-the door blinder does not really blind. People at the corridor can see through the room even the blinder is closed

Conclusion
Please really think twice before booking . Or please at least expected the shower water will suddenly stops in the middle of your shower.

Unhygenic, unclean, and definitely not authentic prata or dosa. Yet priced like a Pizza delivered in New York City. When asked they justify the price saying it is a tourist area, hence they can charge high (read as cheat unsuspecting tourists). And the manager or owner gets into an argument about how Dosa is made. Clearly, he has no knowledge I gathered as I am a tamil eating dosas since I was born and he was trying to argue with me over how it is made. Will never visit again.
