It was an amazing stay with ascott. Great location. its at the city centre, nearby to alot of malls such as the grand indonesia, plaza indonesia and thamrin city.

Love that the hotel is next to Thamrin City. Just need to walk, within 5 minutes arrived at hotel.

Location is excellent. Crossing the busy road to go to GI is a breeze coz the guards will help to stop the cars to let us cross. The room is huge. Breakfast is simple. Some days we didn’t even go down for breakfast. Service is good. We would stay here again as it’s so easy to go to GI and Thamrin City.

Overall, an excellent stay. It is just across the road from the West entrance of Grand Indonesia, which has tonnes of eateries, cafés, and shops. Huge room, clean, and guests can avail of the in-house sauna, gym and pool. We did not use the breakfast at the hotel, so no comment.

It was a fantastic experience staying at Ascott Jakarta. The location was the best! It's in between Thamrin City and Grand Indonesia which are both a walking distance from the hotel. They provided everything inside the room including iron and ironing board except for hairdryer. All in all, service was exceptional. I will definitely stay here when I'm back in Jakarta again.

The room facilities are very complete, with a microwave, tableware, water dispenser, and a washer-dryer combo. Right across the street is Grand Indonesia, one of Jakarta's busiest and largest malls, which is perfect for shopping and dining. Overall, it's a really great apartment-hotel.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. Rooms and hotel facilities were good. Location was excellent.

Not fresh food, not very good , absolutely not ripe fruits plate. However, soups are not too bad.

These guys have precooked food that they serve on order.
You can go across the street to their thamrin city location where they will serve you fresh grilled chicken and the pace is laid back.
