Convenient location. Shopping malls, sky train and subway nearby, all within walking distance. Breakfast options are great with lots of variations. Hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to be in the heart of the city.

Amazing stay with my family in an Urban Club Suite. Loved the location, surrounded by Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia malls; as well as the breakfasts and tea times at the Club Lounge. Not to mention the fantastic evening views of the Monumentvthat the room faced.

Everything was good! From the day we check in, the room, the breakfast spread’s buffet & most importantly the hospitality! Sooo happy! Definitely we made the right choice to stay there!

The hotel provided excellent service throughout our stay. Its location is extremely convenient, with Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia, Thamrin, and Sarinah all within close proximity, making shopping very easy for us. What I appreciated most was how accessible it was for my morning runs during Jakarta’s Car-Free Day (CFD), which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Centrally located in Central Jakarta, this hotel offers convenient access to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. The staff, from front desk to security, uphold Mandarin Oriental's excellent service standards. Although the hotel is a bit older, it still provides exceptional value for money. I absolutely love it!

The room was spotless and huge. Very comfy bed with top notch bedding qualities. Really felt like home and welcoming the moment I stepped into the lobby. Overall, one of my best hotel stays.

Booked a trip for our honeymoon and stay in Jakarta. The location was perfect and very central to all things around the city. The service was exceptional and nothing could be faulted with the room and amenities. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Jakarta.

The desserts are of irresistable options, they become our appetizers! Meals are delicious. There's option for no-meat eaters. Service is ok good. Place is nice & comfy, though rather noisy. Price is reasonably high but worth the fine dining enjoyment.

Landed in Jakarta, got to the Pullman Hotel in under an hour. Dumped our luggage went straight here for a late lunch / early dinner.
Arriving at 3pm on New Year's Eve during a tropical rain storm, we got seated straight away.
We tried a very good selection of all the classics. We certainly over ordered and ate some spectacular dishes.
The dirty duck is a winner. Never had it before. But will come back for that again.
The Beef Sate was perfect. Totally surpassed my expectations.
The Nasi Goreng fabulous.
Everything we had was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed this......
Maybe it is the 'being in Indonesia and eating Indonesian food' effect, but this was one of the best meals of my life and the price very reasonable. IDR 1.1 million for 4.
The gardens are very nice too, will come back to sit in the garden.

Located in the heart (center) of Jakarta. Bebek Bengil is easily reachable despite the traffic from Bundaran HI. I got the chance to try its signature dish, Bebek Bengil. Its offer great mixed taste. I am a duck lover, I believe the Bebek Bengil is one of the best duck in town. A little bit pricey for me, but I believe you paid for a reasonable price for the dine in, considering the atmosphere this restaurant has to offer.

The best thing that has ever happened to ducks ? the only other place in Jakarta that could hold a candle next to this place is Bebek Tepi Sawah @ Baywalk. But the sambal matah here still won me over. I didn't know ducks could be so delicious until I found this place. Everything ducky in their menu comes highly recommended. Also try the Bali coffee. If you're not from SEA, I guarantee you've never tasted coffee like this before. ? ???

The Food is BEST among other Bebek Bengil in Jakarta. BUT I wonder, why they charged us Service 11%, higher than 5 STARS hotel in Indonesia, which JUST charge 10%. So between Service n Tax is almost same. Because the service is just normal.
