Was greeted at the door like I was already known.
Check in was 3pm and I arrived at 11am, asking if a room was available. I was told a room was indeed available, but if I wanted to wait an hour at the Grand Club (which I had access to with my booking) I could get a higher floor. I chose to wait.
Grand Club access was well worth it. Amazing selection of breakfast and dinner choices as well as cocktails. Clean, quiet with beautiful views of the city - perfect space to work during non meal times.
Room was spacious and clean. Room kept clean while I was away.
Amazing facilities - spa and gym.
Friendly staff and always greeted whether it be concierge, cleaners, waiters, door staff, security.
Central location. Beautiful views of city. Very affordable for the service received.
