Came to Jakarta to see a concert. This package included three meals a day. (The Ritz's breakfast buffet on the first floor is delicious, and the other two meals are essentially executive lounge offerings. While there aren't as many options as the buffet, everything is incredibly tasty – the steak, desserts, beef brisket clear soup, and teppanyaki were all so good! 3 days, 2 nights, 6 meals, I gained 4 pounds, haha! 😂) Even though the hotel is a bit older, it's still the Ritz. It maintains its usual luxurious style (carpets, chandeliers, etc.) and provides consistently excellent service. Every single staff member I encountered was professional, well-mannered, and even engaged in a bit of small talk.

One of the highlights of our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan was definitely the lounge experience. The lounge staff were all fantastic - warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, always greeting guests with a smile and remembering small preferences, which made the experience feel very personal.
The service was consistent throughout, whether during breakfast, afternoon tea, or evening cocktails. It really elevated the overall stay and made us feel well taken care of. A big thank you to the lounge team for their exceptional hospitality - we'll definitely be looking forward to coming back.

I had a really good staycation there. The service was top notch, everyone was attentive and friendly. They accept extra requests. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

The staff and the amenities were all fantastic in the hotel, especially all the staff who worked at the lobby. However I found that the club lounge staff and food choices and seating area were all incredibly dissapointing and not up to par with Ritz Carlton standards. Overall would stay again but Ritz needs to improve every aspect of their club lounge

We enjoyed our stay here after a long flight. The sauna and spa were very good. The pool had sun shining on it all day and the gym had good equipment. The breakfast had lots of food selections and we were very happy with the facilities in the room.

Old but still good hotel. Very good option with full board- you can visit lounge in 26th floor where you can get lunch, dinner, breakfast, sweets, alkohol from 6pm…

All is perfect. I love this hotel so much!
Good location, amazing fasilities (sauna, swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, etc). My room is also fantastic, very spacious wih bathtub and city view. The staff services aee excellent. They treat me so well.
