Overall experience was great with friendly staff providing great service. Room was nice and clean however the shower water pressure was poor.

Great hotel. Huge property in the most happening area in Jakarta. Everything is close by with vibrant vibes. Metro station just opposite the hotel. Jakarta best indian hotel just 50 meter from hotel. 3 big malls within 50 meters. Breakfast spread is huge though expensive at 20 USD per day.

Only the breakfast spread is super. The rooms are old and dark, I was being locked out of my room because the door lock battery ran out, but I was asked to check out asap. I was there to run an event, agreed to check the event room at 9pm but nothing was prepared. Next day morning it is prepared but the coffee tea and the food spread was so limited, its not even 5 star standard. I will never go back there for events

“It is located in the Bundaran HI CBD area of Jakarta. The room is good, but it’s a bit old, especially the bathroom.

Overall the stay was pleasant. Staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast spread is excellent.
The only ‘negative’ - the bath towels seem worn out & thin.

If you want to have a nice seafood buffet, just come here. Eat the lobster (boiled and grilled), king prawn, sashimi, plus sushi, sirloin steak, terderloin steak, several kinds of salads, duck. The resto also serve several kind of local dish. Nasi goreng kambingnya enak. ? Recommended, will come back.
