Food was delicious, easily walkable to the beach and Ice Mall, and views from the poolside rooms were spectacular. There is also a great playroom for kids, and they had multiple programs for them
Excellent hotel close to the beach and to the shopping center, there are also many restaurants and places for children, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the food was delicious and the service was excellent, this is an ideal hotel for a holiday with children in Eilat

30am! Position of the hotel is excellent with plentiful shops and cafes and buses. We chose to walk everywhere - to the Carmel market and the beach (15 minutes if you can manage without a coffee or snack on the way)
We chose basic rooms which are small but sufficient for a couple, as I would expect in an older hotel in the heart of the city. We had a welcoming large bottle of water on each visit
Also jars of tempting sweets in the reception - just help yourself! We found all the receptionists to be friendly and helpful, even when we arrived back to the hotel at 4
Fantastic location also, with buses and the beach all within easy walking distance

As for the room, I was upgraded to a great room with a balcony and a sea view, thank you, the room is designed, interesting, modern, with everything necessary for a pleasant stay
First of all, an excellent location, within walking distance of all the interesting places in Tel Aviv, as well as across the street from the beach
The next morning, we were delighted by a beach cart fully stocked with all the essentials – including water and beer (such a nice touch!)

The website also made it seem that the pool and lounge at the Shangri-la was open when it was in fact closed due to a lack of staff. The main pool area had too many flies to be able to sit comfortably and relax
Though we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping but it left a great impression on us! Our sheets, towels and surfaces of desk, counter and bathroom were all regularly cleaned during our stay

What is disturbing is the smell of cigarettes even in the corridor near the patio and even which infiltrates the room if it overlooks the patio, which was our case
Eli on the reception desk is super friendly. They clean the rooms each day. There's free coffee/tea at reception area with indoor & outdoor seating/tables
We've never stayed in that part of the city and were pleasantly surprised to find such a pleasant and basic hotel at an affordable rate. It was only one night and a nice clean room was just what we needed
The room has great aircon, a nice shower, good quality Dead Sea soaps/shampoos in pump pack bottles. The in room fridge works, they left 2 small bottles of water in the room which was appreciated
There's a minibar and kettle in the room and also free coffee and water at the lobby. The staff was nice, especially Aya the housekeeping manager

The public beach is very clean, equipped with showers, changing cabins, places in the shade including in the water, cold water dispensers. You can rent chairs and sunbeds or you can sit on your own sheet in the shade
Was transferred to Leonardo Club as this hotel is under maintenance. Room is very old and jaded, compensated by the beach at its front door. Ok for the price paid.
Was looking forward to being here. Water was really hot like getting into a hot bath. I am glad i brought along a sun shirt. It gave me extra time to float without worrying about getting burned

My wife and I were looking for a nice little pesach vacation. The drive from Jerusalem was about an hour and a half. The hotel is centrally located with the beach and other attractions nearby
The rooms provide a beautiful view of the beach however it was old and musky but the service was very pleasant. The food was decent and plentiful. All in all it was a good choice

My friend and I went for dinner. We were staying at another hotel and fancied a change for dinner. The meal, buffet style, was excellent.
Hence can't adjust the temperature as per our wish. - the bed was too cushiony (soft), might get back pain after the sleep. - bathroom tiles slopping is not properly done. - balcony and room size is extremely small
The building is a little rough around the edges (mostly just plaster and a paint job, but maybe the seals on the shower doors could stand to be replaced), but the staff is friendly, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is great
They assisted with directions and went out their way to help me to get my transport app going. The breakfast was good which included fresh salad, fried eggs and a good selection of pastries amongst others
The hotel was very central, within walking distance to the Old Jaffa port and even within walking distance to Carmel Markwt (approx 30 minutes easy walk). The reception staff were all polite and helpful
The gentleman who was at the desk when I arrived (around 8-9 in the morning) kindly offered to let me use the shower in one of the vacant rooms to freshen up after my flight

The hotel is right opposite the light rail station of Bloomfield Stadium and that is a bonus if you are taking the light rail to the central train station

The owner was very nice and called in advance to ask us when we would arrive! Prepare your room in advance! Turn on the air conditioner in advance! We lost our transportation card, and with the help of the shop owner, we successfully found a place to get a replacement! Very well situated hotel literally just off Dizengoff. All staff were very helpful and each room was well appointed. Free Coffee machine open to all residents and voucher given for breakfast in a choice of locations
I stayed at this hotel with my brother and his wife a day ago - June 5th 2026. Location- amazing, straight to the point. You are in a middle of everything. I slept on sofa bed- very good mattress
The price was excellent considering the amazing location, just steps from Dizengoff and Gordon. It’s a small hotel, and I stayed in a single room — compact but perfectly sufficient for one person over three nights
The hotel also provided beach towels, which was a nice extra touch
They do not provide breakfast but they give us vouchers that fully covered fantastic breakfast at near by restaurant. They have very good a coffee maker in enterance. In a room was very nice bottle of vine
