Overall a great stay
Perfect location close to a very good beach
Great pool on the rooftop
Very good breakfast I even found parking for a reasonable price
There are many restaurants nearby so you don't have to trouble yourself far
Comfortable stay
I have stayed at the Grand Beach Hotel on numerous occasions over nearly 40 years and although not one of the fancier hotels, I have found that it suits my needs being comfortable, spacious, clean, friendly with good food
The location of the hotel is convenient and close to the beach. The room is comfortable and the price is relatively economical. The reception staff at the front desk are also very friendly and polite
Great stay, great location, good food. From our room, there was an amazing view of the beach, easy access to main areas and the beach, buffet breakfast had many options
The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is good and the hotel is conveniently situated for shopping, public transport and the beach
We had a small problem finding someone when we were checking in in the night and once we managed to reach the reception it took time to find the room and the key but all the wise the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful the next day extremely kind the rooms are clean and the location is amazing 1 minute from the beach
The hotel was in a great location beach area. The hotel isn’t new but it’s decent and the staff is great. I feel comfortable and safe in this hotel. I will definitely come back again. Everything is at walking distance
Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the beach - beautiful beaches stretching as far as the eye can see in both directions. But the room was a bit crappy, and the bed did not smell clean
However, if you are high maintenance, this hotel isn’t for you. This is a very comfortable and low-key hotel
We really enjoyed it! Super clean and great location. Value for money is very good
Too small for an hotel room. Too simple. Very kind and cooperative staff.

Missing maintenance and not very clean, but near to the beaches and a really good breakfast.
Very bad experience, I booked sea view room with Queen Bed but I was shifted to small room without sea view. Really spoiled our visit.
No menu option in Breakfast.
The hotel is worth its price. Nothing bad. The bed was made every day and everything was washed. Overall I am satisfied
The location is central in Tel Aviv Yafo with easy access to the beach, but construction surrounds the hotel due to a new subway being built
The hotel is located near the beach, and it is very convenient to get in and out of the beach
the restaurant and the view of my room all is okay and the food is good☺️☺️☺️
The reception person were very nice and kind, the hotel and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was great and healthy food, good coffee. The body tools were too small, next time I will ask a bigger ones
I was proposing to my future wife. The manager was so nice to us and supported me with everything. Thanks for everything.
Centrally situated in the heart of Tel Aviv. This boutique style hotel is within easy walking distance to the Carmel Shuk, the beach, restaurants and shops
Great location eventough the street is under construction. Rooms, aircon and staff is very nice. I like to say a special thank you for the lady from perth (she said to me; no one knows Perth , hahah, except me)
We really enjoyed our stay — the hotel is lovely, the staff is courteous, the location is central, and the fact that Allenby Street is closed due to the light rail construction is actually a huge advantage because everything is so quiet
Due to the war with Iran my stay lasted 5 weeks! I can’t say enough about the hotel & the staff. Excellent! Yuval, the manager & his team are all amazing & made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate all they did for me

It was a truly wonderful experience at this amazing hotel! The entire staff was very professional and kind, their service was excellent, the food was clean and delicious, and the rooms were spotless
Standard looking rooms, nothing special (wood & dark carpets that you still can see stains on it). Small but nice swimming pool + one for childrens. Eventually I would consider returning
Its a great hotel , nice room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast is fresh and very varied. The staff is always nice and friendly .
We got a large and luxurious room, the bed was really comfortable, and a beautiful view of the sea and the pool. Very thoughtful and tasty breakfast, quite a large selection
It's a shame that the pool is not heated in the winter, but despite that, everything was excellent
I stayed with my husband as part of a vacation for prison service retirees at the Vert Hotel Eilat in March 2025 The rooms were well-equipped and clean and were cleaned and changed every day The food was fresh and clean The service was excellent The hotel staff's activities filled the time beautifully
Pool is very cold in the off season and there is no hot tub (they charge to enter the very small and dingy jacuzzi at the herods vitalis) 2
Herods Palace is one of the hotels that truly deseves the rating. The stuff is welcoming, perfect hospitality, great food, awsome. pool, excelent service and tidy rooms
Wonderful hotel with a stunning sea view!
The staff are very polite and attentive, the location is quiet and convenient at the end of the promenade
Pool is fabulous and loungers very nice 2. Good location near the tayelet and walkable to the best shopping and nightlife Cons: 1
All the bars were closed the entire time with zero service at the pool of any kind 6
To truly meet international standards, it’s important to remember: the customer is not always right — when one guest’s behavior disturbs others, the management must step in firmly
The pools are great and you have access to a beach on the Red Sea just across the road. There is s synagogue on-site and I was able to pray with a minyan most of the 5 days
Nice hotel, not super fancy which is a plus, was my crowded during the week and good over the weekend.
Beautiful pool, great breakfast and walk to a designated beach.
Overall enjoyable weekend
We have now stayed at the Yam Suf many times and we still feel it is a fabulous experience. We had a pool facing room on the 6th floor. Great balcony for sunning or drying clothes
Was a very nice experience beautiful hotel with a lot of things to do on and off site
The breakfast buffet was amazing would come again only for that…
Was overall a very fun experience and a very good price as well
Isrotel Yam Suf is warm, welcoming, and made my birthday unforgettable this time!חוויה מושלמת מהחיים
Very good hotel overall, with nice and spacious rooms. However, the shower door could not be properly closed and leaked badly. Every shower flooded the bathroom

Good hotel with easy access to the beaches which are across the highway
This is an amazing hotel and a great location. Israel Luxury Tours booked it for us and the check was super smooth and fast. The employees were wonderful and so attentive
Also breakfast had all kinds of beverages including tea and coffee. Dinner only had water:( The overall hotel shows signs of its age but the remodeled rooms on the 12 floor were nice
The Dan Panorama Hotel is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv with a spectacular view, quality and courteous service, modern rooms overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, a large pool, a gym and spa, and an excellent location near the beach, Neve Tzedek and the Carmel Market
This hotel is right across from the beach with an ext view of the sea. The beach has a really nice boardwalk for walking or jogging. Breakfast was so nice and you can not even sample a tenth of the selection
The room next to us was very loudly, also people in the pool was moving my things from my sunbed while I was gone for a few minutes. In the morning , near 6am there was horrible noise of construction.
We spent a few days here as part of our tour. We loved the location and the accessibility to the Sea of Galilee, we would walk out to the lookout point every night and enjoy conversations with our friends
Great place, great food(!), the only con- no pool as of 2025. But they gave us a free attraction ticket so we could chose.
I forgot my stuff in the room and they called me and made sure I got it back. I came from Canada to stay there and I will back on summer only because of the good treatment and service from both of them
The rooms were a bit dated, but the food options were plentiful. Some in our group grabbed drinks from the bar and the prices were higher than others places we had been just for perspective
However, the stay was overall great and a nice place to rest for each day of our tour
Lovely hotel, comfortable rooms , great breakfast, close by see of Galil shore, lots of free parking space, swimming pool is being renovated and is currently out of service ( Oct 25)
We had brunch in the restaurant and played backgammon on the lobby , after doing yoga in the chapel. This hotel is a world apart from the hustle of Tel Aviv, yet a short walk to the beach
: one small tip - in the pool area it would be nice if the staff was asking guests if they’d like to order some food or drinks instead of guests having to approach them and ask for menu etc - this is no criticism just small advice to step up your game in serving your customers as 5* hotel ;)
Lastly I want to thank concierge Ariella (sorry for wrong spelling) for her very kind approach and huge empathy...
From the moment we checked into the Jaffa hotel, this weekend, we felt pampered and cared for. Ruth greeted us in the lobby and showed us around, detailing the history and the amenities of the hotel
What an absolutely incredible experience we had at the Jaffa. The hotel and rooms are absolutely gorgeous, and the level of intricate detail is stunning. The service is impeccable and everyone is so kind and helpful
Equally notable is the overall mood of the hotel: calm, measured, and assured of its quality. Service remains attentive while maintaining a respectful distance, which contributes significantly to the sense of ease
The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully arranged, and visually balanced — an environment that encourages comfort without unnecessary flourish. Its cuisine is another strong point
We always stay at this hotel when in Ashkelon! The staff always helps and the breakfast is amazing. Views of the sea help too…
The marina is basically between the building and the sea so easy to walk to.
The pool is nice but for beach lovers it is a short 5 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday💓
The service was excellent and the views of the sea are outstanding! A welcoming atmosphere with all the amenities that you need. We've been here before and are glad we came back!
The hotel is great tho food is good but the pool was cold I would consider it if you ur going whit kids otherwise it’s good
So glad I came here for the weekend with friends. Very courteous and well-trained staff👍👍 Very clean and most important kid-friendly. The PR Manager Aviva chaperoned us at every step and this was very touching
We have been here a few times and have always enjoyed it. The manageress is very helpful. It is in a great location.
Nice hotel near the beach. Google service. Nice pool. Downside : 8:00 am you wake up with music whether you want or not.
We came to Eilat to take part in the 2025 Desert Marathon. We received the rooms early and were to relax before all the race preparations. The rooms were very clean and comfortable
We arrived late but soon they were so hospitable and upgraded our room (1st floor fully refurbished) - the cleanliness and shower is exceptional and the breakfast is all we needed for the entire day with everything you can think of and if you like bufet dinners they have the best but expensive if you don’t order ahead with your room
If you have a car you can eat dinners very good and cheap in eilat. The snorkeling and if you want scuba is the best in this area apart from we hear in Egypt but you can’t take rental cars out of Israel
Highly recommended hotel and area rather than down town Eilat
Reception is fully renovated, very appealing, the hotel has its own large parking lot, makes it convenient, as not every eilat hotels have one. Our room (for 3 pax) wasn't renovated, and screamed for one

The location is another major highlight: just steps from the beach and nestled in a unique, vibrant neighborhood filled with great shops, charming cafés, and fantastic restaurants—all within easy walking distance
Nice room with very comfortable bed
Great bathroom with refreshing Jacuzzi tub and shower. Located near beach, shopping and restaurants.
Amazing place with less than a block walking distance from the beach. Very friendly and professional staff. I do recommend.
The rooms are really small, water was leaking from the shower all over the bathroom, there was no hand soap, no parking. The only good thing is the location close to the beach. Still doesn't worth the price.
Great find
Clean room, exceptional staff (Natalie was wonderful and Ilan was always responsive to all questions and needs. Half a block from the beach and walking distance to shops
confortable and very clean room, great staff very good coffee and excellent breakfast buffet

Near the city beach, 10minutes driving to the beach from the hotel with sunbeds and umbrellas
A beautiful, clean hotel in a great location. The breakfast is varied and fresh. The spa and pool are a bonus, and the view from the rooms is sublime.
A great combination of quality and price. In my opinion, the best among all the hotels of the Dead sea. But inside, everything is renovated with taste. Beautiful large designer lobby and offers lunch and dinner
Nice rooms, decent food, good coffee, across the street from the beach. Tiny parking lot, not nearly adequate. Busboy took my plate and fork from under my nose while i was still eating, without even asking
Across the street there are two malls with air conditioning
The atmosphere was great
-Excellent location, a couple of minutes to walk to the public beach area
-Refurbished rooms, well appointed, and comfortable. -Nice pool area, with covered seating areas, along with shaded areas
Room was great and wow… what an incredible breakfast. Superb location for beach and shops. A wonderful stay with great customer service. A big shout out to Sudani who made it his business to make the customer feel #1!
Great property and staff, a block from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel.
Kind and family atmosphere. Perfect location for sea and city. We will return
3 night stay in Tel Aviv
Great location, close to everything (beach, transportation, shops/food, etc), quiet, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast buffet. I'd stay here again.
A big thank you to the entire team – Shaul the manager, Sudani, Sahar, and all the others – you are all so caring and truly amazing! I am deeply grateful for the high quality of service and the kindness of everyone
Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay at the Prima City. I have been coming to this hotel for several years, and they truly offer a unique service. The staff are attentive, kind, and always ready to help
I was disappointed there weren't more salads and fresh cut fruit, and the little bit of fruit that they didn't have wasn't seasonal (which was disappointing, oranges and tangerines would have been cheap and easy)
The included breakfast at this property was one of the best I have experienced in many trips to Israel. Haifa is hilly and this property is very strategically located in a beautiful area called the Old German village
It is the best place to take a walk in the evening. The view with the backlighting is mesmerizing. And many thanks to the hotel for extending the room until 2:00 PM without payment
There is a large supermarket close to the hotel, right at the exit to the left and it takes about 7 minutes to walk. And in general it is very close to the foot of the gardens
End of trip
After a cruise we had a 2 day in Haifa and surrounding with one night stay. The hotel is well located walking distance to restaurants and the gardens
We stayed for a day at the hotel. We booked it because it was close to the train station and the cruise port, since the cruise started from Haifa
Orchid is very nice place for family vacation. There are pools for any children's age. In opposite, it might be unacceptable for disable or old people. Non standard solution. Fantastic breakfast, etc.
Warm welcome, courtesy, professional service! Clean and equipped rooms
The children enjoyed the pools and the facilities, and we all enjoyed the food at a very high level
Rooms were nice, quiet and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Pool was on the small side. Hotel is in a great location with easy parking
Excellent hotel, with beautiful sea and best breakfast!!!
Best place stay in Eilat
My wife and I don't get away alone that often. My work often involves hotel stay overs alone. We decided not long ago to get away for a few days. We chose Eilat as our destination and unexpectedly ended up in the Orchid
We got the feeling of VIP guests
Many thanks to the reception staff and hotel management, we feel that they are making an effort to provide an exceptional service experience
Special thanks to Victor for the early check-in and to the elderly employee of the buffet (I apologize for such treatment, I don’t know the name), who, with his kind attitude towards the guests, turned our breakfast at the hotel into a pleasant pastime and a good mood for the whole day
This is our second stay at the Numa, and definitely not the last. We've stayed in several of the more well known boutique hotels in Tel Aviv. The building is not historical. There is no fancy restaurant on the premises
The hotel itself is very stylish, clean and cozy. The bedding is very comfortable. If we return to Tel Aviv, then only here. On the day of our stay, there was a football match
A small but good bathroom with all the amenities, a makeup mirror (they get extra points for that) and excellent water pressure. An excellent breakfast with ample variety
New, functional and stylish hotel close to the Jaffa Old Market and Beach. Very kind staff - Minu & Idan in particular! Also, great breakfast on the terrace and parking in the property. Highly recommended.
We stayed at the hotel for a day. Very good location, everything is nearby: the old town, the sea. Near the hotel there is a beautiful walking alley and a tram
Very nice & quiet. We love this place at winter. Atmosphere for real relax. A small but beautiful stretch of beach with a view of the Edom mountains, a pool with calm and melodic music, and a very helpful team.
For me it ithe best hotel in Eilat, on the beach direct access to snorkel and view beautiful fishes near the coralt reserve, sea surfing, excellent breakfast, good service and not crouded. Recommended!
Nice rooms! Semi private pool out sliding glass door on my room. Superb seafood restaurant directly across the street.
The breakfast spread was simply amazing—there was so much variety that we couldn’t even try everything! Enjoying our meal with a breathtaking beachfront view made it even more special
This is our 4th stay, we enjoy it immensely. One of the only hotels in Eilat that is really on the beach Great see view, Attentive staff Amazing breakfast right near the beach
The breakfast was generous and varied, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options, including freshly squeezed juices and every kind of coffee you could want
This hotel is really good, rooms are clean, confortable bed, and good Wifi. The best thing is that is so closed to the beach. Just 2 blocks away. And also provide coffee, snacks and fruit for free as a breakfast
Great location, just off Ben Yehuda & a block from the beach. Clean, comfortable & staff was helpful & friendly. Will definitely stay again.
We thought the hospitality was quite good. We have stayed at the Embassy 3-4 times as it is close to the sea, good value, clean and very friendly.
Loved the staff (very helpful and really seek to make your stay unforgettable), the location (a block from the most gorgeous beach), the traveling tips, the beach towels, and bags. They offer really good fruit
Room was clean, staff was very nice. Breakfast was as already noted in other reviews. For the price, i would stay again. Right by the beach.
Location is right off of the beach. Rooms nice and clean, comfortable bed, blackout curtains, AC in room, staff is very friendly and helpful. They leave snacks out for guests. Nice coffee shop around the corner
