Information was given me that was not correct about the services expecially their time schedule, and I asked for sheets and house cleaning that I didn't get until I double checked with the staff. Also they ask for an amount of cash on arrival, and this is not made clear so you can prepare. The pools were ok, but the sea was very far from our bungalow. There is only one supermarket, and it can be very far away. Also, the babydance in the evening had horrible songs. The restaurant was good, nice and cheap.

I don’t understand why there is no soap in any of the toilets around the area - you can’t have a basic hygiene there - how am I supposed to clean hands after the toilet?! The system with washing machines is ridiculous- we met 3 more people complaining about it, people just waste time, money and nerves trying to simply wash their clothes. Stuff on reception is unprofessional, that’s not a customer service. Customers service is when u help to solve the issue, suggest alternatives and compensations - not rudely constanting the facts. Cashier, gate and pools times off also sound ridiculous - why should I plan any timing during vacation- why to complicate it for your guests?! Sea was dirty all our staying here so we didn’t understand why it is popular.

It was one of our favorite campings ever. We have been there guests for at least 5 times. Until tonight... Tonight we felt ourselves thretened, accused of things that we did not do and insulted. What a shame! Two of the Capalonga Camping workers tried to accuse us of things we did not do. They were offensive and even threatened us with possible penalties, like forced removal from the camping. It was a very strange and insulting experience. One can even be traumatised by such an incident. We also spoke to one of the other guests there, who tried to interfere and who confirmed like this was not the 1st time that the staff of Capalonga Camping behaved in such a strange way, What a pitty! A place that used to be one of our favorites is spoiled to the degree of no return!

The park/campground is very large but well and lovely situated. Nice pools especially for little kids (0-8y). The beach is great, the sea sometimes dirty. The communication with staff is terribly bad, especially by email before our stay (and the personal website as well). Double price accidently, unclear and incomplete answers on several emails. The problem is that there is not just one reception, in fact there are 3 or 4, and with different opening times. They probably do not communicatie with each other. So I did get incomplete answers, very annoying. Checking out was not possible at the reception the day before departure. At 18.02 the financial reception was closed (18.00h). The morning after the financial reception was open at 8.00h and the ‘normal’ reception at 7.00h. We wanted to leave as early as possible (opening gate 7.00h). This wasn’t possible, but after getting angry with a crowded reception I did get help (otherwise I would have left without paying (and I would have payed on request by email). And then: waiting waiting waiting, so I left without receipt (and compete payment, only cash?). Very angry. And a long journey by car to go (15h). I will never come back, staff insufficient, park OK.
