Waited 40 minutes for a server to come to our table, no one showed up. The restaurant was empty. This service is a bad joke. Even the table was still packed with the plates and glasses of the people that came before us.

Do a better job.
Never stopping here again.

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS! Terrible service! The food was terrible and lukewarm warm at best! While asking the name of the restaurant after our disgusting lunch, they tell you the name of the restaurant across the street! Just terrible!

Added information: we did order the Hugo and we didn’t like. The waitress said she could exchange for it something else. No problem. Great. Get the register and they still charged us! We confronted the staff and suddenly they don’t speak any English! If you don’t like a product at the supermarket you can still exchange it! Their response to this review showcases their poor customer service!! Still a terrible!

Nice coffee, tea and Sachertorte to get us through our Selle Ronde ride. Appreciated that you have a charging station for e-bikes. I did not see any other charging stations at any other cafe along the whole route.

Beer and tea were good. Sausage and potatoes we got were 2 hot dogs and hot chips like a kids meal. Simple salad missing three of ingredients in the menu. No seeds, nuts or olives as described. 40 Euro for 2.

Really welcoming and comfortable stay, group of 12 tired hikers from the uk. We stayed just one night on half board basis. Rooms very clean and comfortable, food very good, price very reasonable, service excellent, laundry service… no complaints!!

Review for the restaurant: The best pizza that I ate yet, however there are some aspects that I would criticise. Positive: Great, extensive selection of pizzas, which can be made gluten free upon request. The one I tried (Haiti) was delicious. The view from the restaurant is very panoramic, and well worth it. The bathrooms were spotless, though narrow. The staff was helpful and professional. To be improved: There was a hair in my pizza (please refer to the second image attached), which was quite conspicuous against the background of the topping, so the staff could have noticed before serving. The menu card was rather dirty, with stains from sauces and hairs. Given that it was laminated, it would be a simple matter to occasionally sanitise it. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant. However, special attention to hygiene ought to be payed on the part of the staff.

We had a great dinner. The pizza is really tasty, and it’s good that they have gluten free options too. After the dinner we tasted their grappa.

Great! It's a little far from town but the rooms were very fun and clean. The room was actually great! Very big. My only complaint was that it is far from town and it's pretty dead at night... But it's a trade off because you are right next to a bunch of hikes, trams, and it's very peaceful. The day however is the complete opposite. Still... I really enjoyed my 2 nights here.
