From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and a level of care that truly made this holiday unforgettable. Travelling with a 4-year-old can be challenging, but the entire team at Corte di Ferro made it a joy. Every detail was taken care of with such thoughtfulness, and the staff’s caring and entertaining nature with our daughter allowed us, as parents, to relax and fully enjoy our time. It was a holiday we will cherish. The facilities are immaculate – beautifully maintained, clean, and full of charm. Our room was always a haven at the end of the day: fresh, welcoming, and full of small, thoughtful touches. A special thank you to Marilena,, Carla, and Chiara, who not only kept everything spotless but also delighted our daughter daily by arranging her cuddly toys in adorable ways on her pillow – something she looked forward to each day. Gabriel made breakfast a daily highlight. His warm smile, attention to detail, and perfect memory of our coffee order made us feel well looked after. He even went out of his way to provide oat milk for our daughter’s allergy – a small gesture that made a big difference. We’re very grateful to Tonia and Elizabeth for all they did to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. And to Paulo, whose knowledge of local wines made each dinner feel like a curated experience. His pairing advice helped us truly enjoy the incredible regional cuisine. Thank you to Martina, who made our daughter feel incredibly special. Even on her day off, when we saw her locally, she took the time to stop, engage, and brighten our daughter’s day. And a very special thank you to Antonella. Her professionalism, eye for detail, and genuine kindness made a lasting impression. She went out of her way to ensure not just our stay, but the stay of others, was seamless. Her recommendations for places to visit helped shape an unforgettable holiday. We just stayed for 2 nights but the staff made us feel so welcome. The view was great in spite of the railway line between us and the sea. We cannot fault the dinner and breakfast food and the staff were so accommodating to our children.

I was disappointed that the room had disposable wooden stirrers for drinks rather than teaspoons and that we had to have plastic cups for drinks by the pool although i do understand the safety aspect ( maybe reusable plastic cups could be used?). I did also feel the main pool needed a fresh lick of paint.

Overall, the place was amazing and i would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet and peaceful location with delicious food

Very good structure for relaxing on a weekend or a short holiday. Arranged on several terraces, with large, welcoming and well-kept common areas. Large swimming pool and outdoor SPA area. Large and well-kept rooms. However, I found some SPA services to be improved, in particular the general maintenance of the sauna and Turkish bath and above all the bathrooms in the massage and sauna area in very questionable maintenance conditions. I haven't tried the catering apart from the very good breakfast included in the price, with local products.

The kindness that welcomed me was a breath of serenity so that I could have one of the most important evenings of my life. The food lived up to my expectations and they made everything down to the smallest detail with perfection and professionalism. Thank you for everything you have done for me, especially to Antonella. Our stay was simply lovely. The rooms were an oasis of comfort, with breathtaking views. The wellness center gave us moments of pure relaxation, while the resort's gastronomy delighted us with authentic flavors. The attentive staff made our stay unforgettable, anticipating our every wish with genuine kindness. The evenings were well organized creating a magical atmosphere under the starry sky. Thanks to Antonella and all the staff for making our weekend a dream come true. We can't wait to return!

Excellent structure, good service and good quality of the dishes served. The plating is excellent and the Quality/Price ratio is right. The structure well expresses what I do best in our areas and is visible... therefore sea and olive trees (Puglia).

Such A lovely place with very friendly people. View from the pool area towards the sea is great and dinner on the terrace is very romantic. Rooms are nice and spacious but could do with a coffee machine to finish it off. A calm and relaxing experience.

Enchanting location immersed in the greenery of the Brindisi countryside where we celebrated the baptism of our little one. Attention to detail in the layout of the room that hosted us for dinner and a truly delicious menu from starters to dessert. A special thank you to Antonella who made our event magnificent!
