Reviews
My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly discourage anyone, especially those with young children, from considering it as an option. The room we were assigned, accommodating my two small children (ages 3 and 10 months), was shockingly unclean and riddled with potential hazards. It became clear that the supposed room cleaning was merely a surface-level attempt, leaving us deeply concerned for the safety of our children.
The disregard for guests' needs was evident from the outset. Providing just one roll of toilet paper for a group of five was an unbelievable oversight. This lack of attention to detail extended to the beach amenities, where the hotel rented out a single umbrella and two sun loungers to two families, sparking an unfortunate and heated dispute between them.
The indoor pool, which should have been a source of enjoyment, was a dismal and dangerous area. The children's pool slide was not securely fixed, creating a perilous situation. To our astonishment, one of the protective window panes fell into the pool area, a shocking incident that occurred as the cleaning staff attempted to wash them.
Our room was plagued with maintenance issues, compounding our already disappointing experience. The entrance door was malfunctioning, and the handle was jammed, forcing us to rely on the key to ensure the door remained closed. Daily reminders were necessary to obtain clean towels, a small but significant inconvenience.
Parking was an exercise in frustration, resembling a game of Tetris. The lack of a ramp for strollers further highlighted the hotel's disregard for accessibility. The breakfast was minimal, to put it kindly, and dinner portions were similarly inadequate.
However, I must concede that the one saving grace of our ordeal was the service and personnel. The staff demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness, providing a glimmer of relief amid the chaos. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi connection was surprisingly strong.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against selecting this hotel (room 503 !!! )for your stay, especially if you have young children. The lack of cleanliness, safety concerns, and overall disregard for guests' well-being make it an unsuitable choice. While the service and personnel were commendable, they couldn't compensate for the myriad issues we encountered. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning and encourages the necessary improvements to ensure a safer and more enjoyable experience for future guests.
Everyone was nice and spoke at least English and Italian however we booked breakfast at the hotel and refills took a long time.
We had a two person room, the bathroom was a bit old and the door didn’t close perfectly, the bed was too hard for our taste but everything was clean.
Congratulations, I really want to come back one day...
