Poor cuisine, poor staff, if you ask for a coffee you have to ask them several times, they don't understand, it's not 4 stars. It was reported that they teach in Bruta but they don't care about the dinner and it's poor, it's only good for foreigners, the staff doesn't understand anything except the ladies who do the rooms

The food was decidedly poor. Complete lack of vegetables. Very poor food, only one two-course option of questionable quality. Descriptions of dishes were completely untrue. (Practical examples: roast beef with potatoes = pork loin; scorpion fish fillet in a crust = breaded cod stick; ricotta and spinach tortelli = the worst brand of tortelli in the supermarket; eggplant parmigiana = slice of boiled eggplant; tiramisu = ambiguous whipped cream dessert) Breakfast was fairly average. Nice facility, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, especially room service. Nice spa with pool, but for a fee. Far from the city center.

If we hadn't chosen half board, I would have given it a good rating, but unfortunately we chose to dine at the hotel, trusting the descriptions on the website, which describe it as one of the best restaurants in Livigno, with refined dishes and top-notch chefs. At €35 per person, excluding drinks, we had a mediocre dinner, similar to a company cafeteria. The likely explanation is that we arrived in low season and there were very few guests, but then it would have been more honest either not to offer the service or to charge in proportion to the quality, and for what we ate, €15 would have been fair. No more.

This hotel is no where near 4 stars; it is a mere 2 star at best. Very disappointed in the service my family and I received at this resort. From the beginning there was little or no communication from the hotel when we booked. We did not receive a receipts for the payments made. They messed up our reservation and gave us an incorrect room other than the one we booked and so we were 1 bed short and forced to share beds. Even though they made me pay for the full amount. Then there were the operational issues: The Television did not work - and no one bothered to check it until 2 days later we had been asking for help. The in room telephone did not work. You could not call the reception. Breakfast was a disaster. We stayed 4 nights and we could not get seats most mornings even though there was ample space - the tables were not set and many dirty tables were left. The food at the buffet always seem to run out and there were not enough waiters to attend to everyone. One morning we had to set our own table. The food was mediocre. While the front office staff were polite we never saw anyone from the management team come to inquire about the issues we had. After all that money that we paid we had to pay 25 Euro to use the Spa. Very poor. Overall, the hotel was woefully underwhelming and the service has a far way to go to become 4 stars.

Price performance is not right at all at the hotel. Far too expensive for what it offers. In addition, you have to pay extra for the use of the wellness centre, which I find a "cheek". A no go for a hotel that claims to be a charm hotel. The cleanliness is ok and the dining room too. The hotel is unfortunately a bit out of the village on foot. The hotel is right next to the bus stop. To summarise, this is disappointing. We will definitely not visit the hotel a second time. The stay was disappointing
