Piccolo Tibet in Livigno

Very bad experience! Would never got back. The owner might be brain damaged or injured his head skiing. Our room was super cold and smelled really badly everytime some other room flushed the toilet. The owner just walked into our room randomly!

My colleagues and I were staying in the apartment. We had a couple of other colleagues over (who were also staying in the same hotel) to watch TV and chat after dinner. Without knocking on the door, an elderly man (who was a staff member) barged into the apartment and told us that we couldn't have guests over. When we asked if we were being too loud, he left with a warning that he would return if anyone complained. After that, we kept the door locked. Later, he came back and, without saying a word, barged in again after opening the door. He promptly excused himself when he realized there were no extra people in the room. Ironically, half of the people he saw weren't even staying in that apartment, and the other guests were on the balcony or in the bathroom. We were leaving early on Saturday morning and would miss the hotel breakfast, so we had requested a small breakfast to be prepared for our group of 36. The hotel had agreed, and we informed our group, only to be left empty-handed that morning with no more explanation than "No breakfast" as we checked out. The hotel itself is decent, but the staff was disappointing. Maybe you'll have better luck. Cheers.
