One star, because zero is not possible. I stayed with another person for two nights for €2,682. We had added a third night, for a total of €3,822, paying a €570 deposit. Due to a family emergency, communicated to the reception, we had to cancel the third night. Since I didn't use it, I requested a refund of the €570 both in person and via certified email, but the hotel withheld the amount, citing "NO SHOW," despite my presence. When I called to request a response to my certified email, in which I reiterated—in addition to what I had already said in person—my request for a refund of the €570 I hadn't used, the receptionist told me that "I need a psychotherapist": a profoundly incorrect and unprofessional response. I have all the proof: receipts, documents, and certified email. There were two of us, and neither of us will be returning. Unacceptable behavior. I strongly advise against this hotel. Never again.

Very clean and tidy room.modern and nice bathroom.in the centre of the city and good location close to all ski lifts.they had a van to take you and pick up from skiing.the spa was nice and clean and had a warm indoors swimming pool with jacuzzi clean.the owner is lovely and very helpful.live music in the bar which is nice but pick a room that is not noisy.very happy in total

Opened in December 2018, very nice hotel with 2 restaurants, a bar, Spa and very friendly staff and owners.

New hotel. Cozy rooms with wonderful beds. Very good breakfast and afternoon snack as well. New spa with beautiful swimming pool with hydro. Professional staff.

Brand new hotel, modern rooms in very elegant beige tones, super bed. It has a refined lounge complete with champagneria
Great cocktails. I recommend the mojito !!! Given the times, no buffet at breakfast, but all the tables are set with care. We had 1 bottle of still water 2 juices a variety of jams and honey 2 brioches a basket of bread. I asked for some toast and they made it for me right away. There is also a selection of cakes that we have not tasted and also the savory part for those who want it. The quality of the products is excellent. Thanks to Alina who is of exquisite kindness. Super recommended structure..ah and if you forget to bring something from home for the bathroom you will find a super courtesy set, combs, necessary for the beard, lime, cotton dusks, shower gel, body cream
