Sporthotel Romantic Plaza in Madonna di Campiglio

I was with my family at this hotel for Christmas. The hotel is located 1 minute from the ski lift and is right in the center. Extremely friendly and smiling staff. Very cozy and clean hotel. The food is varied and very tasty. We had a great vacation!

Our stay at Sporthotel Romantic Plaza was absolutely fantastic. We definitely recommend this hotel. The staff pays great attention to detail. The reception ladies particularly Sarah, Alessia and Francesca were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. As soon as we walk into the restaurant for breakfast, the staff would ask if we wanted our usual coffee and eggs order, remembering what we took the previous day. Would have loved to ask for each and everyone’s name and mention them all! Massimo at the bar was always very welcoming, remembered our orders and room number and always took his time to have a chat with us! Last but not least, although we have never personally met them, we would love to give a shout out to housekeeping. Our room was always left spotless, and they did put it back in order every single day. The place was immaculately clean. Parking was not a problem - the hotel gave us a reserved parking spot which we could use for our whole stay (against a small payment). The hotel’s location is fantastic - right in the middle of Madonna di Campiglio, with tens of restaurants all within a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and a pharmacy and supermarket few steps away. The Cinque Laghi lift was a 5 minute walk away, the Miramonti lift was a 2 minute talk away, and the Pradalago lift was a 5 minute walk away also. Skiing down piste 55 puts you at a 1-2 minute walk away from the hotel. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the room was very spacious with a decent wardrobe.

We spent 6 days at this very charming hotel in the wonderful resort of Madonna di Campiglio. The hotel is real gem - in a great location, lovely staff, fabulous food, very clean and comfortable with lovely spacious rooms (if a little too warm at times, which seemed to be hard to adjust at individual room level). The restaurant is really good: excellent breakfast to fuel up for the day, then various choices across several courses at dinner. The reception staff were super-helpful also. We were lucky to be there in the week of carnival, which the hotel made a big effort with, as well as a special happy hour and apres-ski sweet buffet. On the last evening, they organised a small celebration for my birthday with a wonderful cake. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel and will definitely return! (also recommend the ski equipment shop they partner with, great customer service from Olimpionico)

Once of the best situated Hotels in the valley.
All staff were extremely helpful and polite.
The breakfast and dinner service was exceptional with all manner of tastes and dietary needs catered for. Full cooked breakfasts and pastries, cereals, fruit, good coffee, and no order too much trouble.
Five course dinners every night with a different menu every night.
Great bar and lounge area over two levels.
Made use of the included spa, with pool, sauna, steam room, cool room, showers, and relaxation rooms - Just what you need after a big day on the slopes.
Gym looked well presented, and even a kids rooms with games.

Once again we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you to the management and to the staff for the great work.

Great spa services on site. Very nice.

It is a surprisingly nice, charming, quiet and comfortable hotel. The swimming pool and spa are fine. Situated between two ski lifts. The staff was amiable and helpful, the food was excellent and the rooms were clean. I will come back there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sporthotel Romantic Plaza. All the facilites were really nice and the food was particularly good and service was fast. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone planning to ski the Dolomites.
