Cerana Relax Hotel in Madonna di Campiglio

My wife and I stayed at the Cerana in March 2026. The hotel is well positioned for the Spinale lift and the ski slope is about 30 seconds walk from the Boot Room so ski in/ski out is possible. Facilities at the hotel are excellent with a basement spa and swimming pool (children welcome) and a new rooftop spa (adults only). Both are excellent but the novelty of the open air infinity jacuzzi/pool on the 5th floor takes some beating. Our room (New Superior Suite, 2nd floor) was very spacious with a large bathroom, walk in wardrobe and separate lounge area. Breakfasts were good (buffet style with ability to order cooked food) and we also enjoyed evening meals in the hotel on the first and last nights. Service at the hotel, particularly the reception staff, was excellent. Overall - having stayed at a number of hotels in Madonna di Campiglio - we would definitely return to to the Cerana Relax Hotel.

What a fabulous week we had at Cerana Relax Hotel. From the minute we arrived the staff were attentive, helpful and super friendly. We arrived a few hours before official check in and our rooms were all ready which was a great bonus after being up since 3am. The hotel is located just a couple of minutes from the Spinale lift, yet another bonus. We had the half board package and we were all blown away by the standard of the food in the restaurant both at breakfast and in the evening. The staff yet again couldn't do enough for us and were great fun. The rooms were spacious with lots of wardrobe space and were kept spotlessly clean. We asked if it would be possible for a breakfast bag to be prepared for our early departure and of course this request was waiting for us at 4.45am. Only one complaint to mention....we would have appreciated fresh milk for our rooms for our morning tea/coffee and did not expect to be charged for a small jug. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. Would totally recommend to anyone thinking of a trip to Madonna di Campiglio

A hidden treasure. Did not expect such quality. Very helpful and friendly staff in a distinguished but cosy atmosphere. And the Spa on the fifth floor overlooking the village is unique. Definitely will re-visit.

Me and my wife was looking for a last minute spa day after a long couple of days skiing. We had our dinner there before the spa opened at 3pm. We was shown were to go by a very pleasant Klea, she was very kind and told us everything we needed to know. I then had a sports massage by the amazing Veronica, probably one of the best massages i have recieved, very consistent with the pressure. Lastly we had the absolute pleasure of meeting Maria, she told us about the free relaxation classes she had scheduled. First we tried the sound relaxation bowls which put us straight to sleep and relaxed ready for the salt rubs in the turkish baths, we had some time to try out the other saunas and beautiful infinity pool. Before we left we joined maria one more time for an Finnish sauna experience including 3 types of essential oils melted on the stove and a memorising towl dance which pushed hot air in waves. After the 3 rounds she gave us ice to rub everywhere. The spa isn't huge although the roof section is adult only, but it was definitely the staff that made our experience one to remember! Grazie mille!!!!

Fantastic hotel in MDC. We had a truly memorable stay over Christmas. The Christmas Eve gala dinner exceeded all expectations and was a real highlight of our stay. The fifth-floor infinity pool offers a stunning view over the town, and together with three different saunas and a relaxation room, the wellness area is outstanding. The rooms were beautifully decorated, elegant and comfortable, without an overdone chalet feel. This is clearly a high-end hotel, but it is priced exactly as one would expect for a prime Alpine destination. Compared to similar hotels in Lech or St. Moritz, many properties of the same standard are significantly more expensive. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. If one person couldn’t answer a question, another colleague stepped in immediately. The location is excellent: the Spinale cable car is just a short walk away (around 20 meters), and the town center can be reached in about seven minutes on foot. Were there any downsides? Not really. Any minor remarks come down to personal preferences rather than actual flaws. Highly recommended..

Cerana hotel! Place in madonna di Campiglio is for me 10/10 points of superQuality. My opinion is after 3times be there. Stay here and servis from hotel side Is nothing to add about this amaizin 5+ hotel Family wonderfull hotel care about smallest detale, SPA ROOM is like place where Y no need remember what day is tomorrow. 408 room is more than natura spa room because of wilde wiew of Forest and Spinale Cabin, Olso Y can take a great view on Madonna di Campiglio:) Persons who work here is really best ever Camila, Remo!!!, Mirko.... And all there is best Because Of Margherita/ boss and friend in One If Y like to go Madonna then Ceranal!l Sky view Hotel 5*, choice is only one

Outstanding in all ways! Staff couldn't have been better. They made us feel like family.

Customer Service was second to none. All facilities superb. The food was exceptional. Staff were so professional yet also friendly.

Cerana Relax Hotel is plain and simply a Fantastic Hotel. From the Location (Ski in / Ski out) to the Amazing and Exceptional staff you won't find a better Hotel in Madonna di Campiglio. We traveled from the U.S. to Ski and enjoy Italy. This hotel is 5 star and coupled with the recent renovations and the Spa, we were so impressed and Thankful. Don't think another minute, you must book and stay here!

An excellent hotel, the service is fantastic. New decorated rooms, two pools/spa areas, very good breakfast and gourmet dinner. Perfect location near the Spinale Gondola. You can walk 4 minutes or even ski in/out to the gondola. Parking at extra cost.
