We only utilised the bar as not guests, service first class with attentive staff. A quiet calm environment away from the crowds. Pastries and cakes are excellent, they also make an exceptional bombardino which you should try. Not keen on their vin brule. Well worth stopping at after a days skiing.

A fantastic Christmas experience at the Majestic Hotel. The rooms were elegant and the staff was exceptionally hospitable, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was excellent, and waiters, especially our friends Matteo and Giovanni, were truly amazing. The rooftop spa was fabulous and the Christmas spirit was everywhere, we felt like we were living in a Christmas fairytale. Oh, and the slopes of Madonna are the best1 It is so convenient to be able to walk across the street and hop straight onto the Cinque Laghi ski lift. Big thanks to the entire team at Majestic ❤️

The place to be in Campiglio We have just returned from an amazing week at hotel Majestic. The hotel is centrally located in the perfect position just opposite the 5 Laghi gondola ( where you can also buy your ski lift passes). The rooms at the hotel are spacious and nicely decorated with a fridge, a kettle, a safe and mugs and glasses. We had two superior interconnecting with lovely balconies and great views over the village. The staff are fantastic and friendly nothing is too much trouble. Bruna and Francesco at reception are very helpful and so caring too. We also met Anna the owner and her mum, this hotel is a lovely family business and it offers one of the best options in town. The food is plentiful both in the morning and in the evenings. In the morning for breakfast you can savour some cakes, fresh pastries, cheeses and ham breads or eggs as you like them. In the evening be prepared for a feast with a 4 course meal from antipasto to desserts. The evening food is slightly different from your typical Italian menu, it is in fact for certain aspects quite innovative and I think the chef goes out of his way to create very unique dishes. At the restaurant a particular mention to lovely Matteo and Giovanni who made our stay very pleasant. The hotel had also a lovely bar/lounge where you can try a drink before or after dinner and an amazing Spa with indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, Turkish bath and steam room plus treatment rooms where they offer a number of personalized massages. We have been so happy with our stay that we have already booked for next year!

Everything was excellent - we had great stay, very clean, great location, fantastic service, tasty breakfast, very good drinks at the bar, live music, pleasant staff, nothing we can complain, even weather was sunny

This exceptional hotel is located an easy 5 minute walk from multiple gondolas, and is in the heart of the restaurants and ski hire shop area. The rooms are immaculate, modern, and have everything you need. The ski lockers are warmed, and generous. The bar has a great inviting atmosphere and the cellar- located restaurant produces simply gorgeous Italian food. But the best feature by far is the staff. This is a genuinely family-owned and run hotel and the staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, generous and desperate to please. Cannot speak more highly of this beautiful place!
