Wonderful place with outstanding service and amazing food, great value for money. Family-run, owners are extremely kind and hospitable, very flexible and accommodating. Recently renovated with excellent taste, rooms are really nice, everything works perfectly. Very reach breakfast and gourmet dinners - half board highly recommended. Not exactly in the center but easily accessible, large parking free of charge, free shuttle from the center and ski-in/ski-out access for Alpe di Siusi. We loved it and would return happily.

They asked us to cancel the hotel room booking on airbnb, 2 weeks before the booking date due to overbooking…
We already had international flights and had taken time off to go. Now we have to find another place 😡
Absolute garbage experience and waste of time.

A truly wonderful hotel. The food was amazing, the breakfast as well as the dinners! We ended up eating there every night because of how good it was. The menu changes daily and a buffet of starters is presented before each three course meal. Both tasty and plentiful. Then there is the spa, including a sauna with view on the mountains, an outside jacuzzi, and an indoor fire place to round off the relaxing area. A godsent after long days of hiking. Lastly, and the cherry on top of the cake, the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and created a five star atmosphere which made you feel really cared for. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

10/10!! Hotel Pradell was by far our favourite place we stayed during our entire Europe holiday!

It’s a short 10 minute walk into town (steep hill) which we did each day to access the cable cars.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast each morning and dinner 3/4 nights, the food was excellent and well priced.

The rooms were super modern, clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The sauna / wellness area was so peaceful and quiet. The perfect way to relax after a long day of hiking.

There is also plenty of free parking available.

My partner and I can’t recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely be back!

Amazing family hotel with cosy rooms, delicious restaurant and great view. We enjoyed this place so much, that already want to return there! Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming. The nice surprise was the spa zone, it exceeded all the expectations. I've never been in sauna with such a great view before. Dinners are something! There are no words to describe how I enjoyed it. This restaurant definitely should have Michelin star.

Cozy place, typical family-run hotel, the new part of the hotel has fantastic and large rooms (5Stelle), the older part but always welcoming rooms in a more past style. The restaurant offers typical local cuisine, an excellent buffet for both appetizers and breakfasts. Splendid panorama, both overlooking Ortisei to the west and the Alpe di Siusi to the east, ski and bike place and car park.

The room was really old and in need of renovation. The shower was almost impossible to use as it's really low and small. The sauna is nice but tiny. Views are nice. 150€ a night for room and breakfast at the end of the season is far too much for a place of this quality.

What a beautiful gasthof! The owner is lovely, an extremely helpful lady who cares that her guests enjoy their visit to the region. Make sure you take time to use the full spa.
