Hotel La Torre is a perfect hotel. We stayed three nights for a wedding. The lobby is well decorated and the rooms were clean. Breakfast is served under a pergola steps from the Ocean. The hotel is a short walk to town. I can't recommend this place enough!

Top hotel in a great location! Bellissima struttura nel golfo di Palinuro, se viaggiate nel Cilento non mancate questo albergo, gestito con stile, intelligenza e sensibilità dalla signora Rosa e dal suo ineguagliabile staff! È facile trovarsi bene quando le camere sono ariose e dotate di tutti i comfort, i materassi di prima qualità, il ristorante non ne parliamo, (ancora rimpiango di non aver trafugato un paio di ricette), lo stabilimento sobrio e la spiaggia pulita. L'hotel La Torre ti accoglie e ti riporta nell'incanto di un'area naturale protetta, con discrezione, senza imporsi al paesaggio, e ti invita a restare. E poi a tornare. Grazie!!! Francesca Ghiotto

My fiancee' and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Torre. The rooms are clean, smell great, and overall in great condition. The air conditioning was cold and strong, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The hotel is a few feet away from the beach and with room booking allows you free access to the beach chairs. The water is crystal clear, and close to restaurants if you want to get food and/or drinks. The hotel's restaurant is near the lobby and sits under a beautiful ceiling of greenery. Rosa, the owner, is a fantastic host. She is hospitable, welcoming, and always available to help. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful - they would even recall our coffee orders each morning from memory! The hotel is located in a quieter part of Palinuro but also a short walk from the main town, which we enjoyed doing every night. We would highly recommend this place!

We had dinner each evening on the terrace overlooking the sea - a beautiful evening view. Service was good and staff very helpful. Very close to the private beach. The water is great. The town is on the small side but not bad. A nice peaceful spot.

Location of the hotel is perfect, only couple of steps from the beach. Use of umbrella and sun bed is included in the price. Breakfast included big variety of choices, and everything was fresh and delicious.
These hotel is perfect for family vacation, or who wants to relax by the beach.

A LARGE FRESH AND QUIET PERGOLA AND AN ANCIENT TONNARA
I have only visited the hotel restaurant and I assure you that it is the best place to stay in the Port of Palinuro. I heard they can cook lightly too, but I haven't had time to try. Avoid going to the Port under the sun on foot. There is good parking, until it fills up. The Port of Palinuro is a delightful and romantic place, until from mid-July to mid-August, it becomes, like all beautiful but small places, too crowded.
Do not miss, on the Legend of the Tower, the reading of the History of a unique and centuries-old building, a Tonnara, which you can see by entering the terraced garden of the hotel, uphill in the back; it was positioned at the mouth of a small stream, with gardens, ruins and complex renovated buildings. I like to imagine this corner of a protected mouth in mid-season, when the Ferragostan crowd is over ...

I stayed at this property from 19 to 24 July and I can say that I was fine. The room, located in front of the sea, is typical of a 4-star hotel, on 20 square meters equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, TV etc. There is also a veranda for each room and large outdoor spaces. For the beach just cross the road. The food is good and the service is quick. There is parking and the attendant also transported my luggage. The only advice I can give to visitors who want to spend another day at sea before leaving is to book a parking space a few meters away as there are arrivals and you cannot stay after 10.30, this in particular of Saturday, when the area is very busy.
