Serendipity Hotel in Sauze D'oulx

In the centre of town but still a little away from the main attractions. They’ll give you a lift to the sportina chair which is great, but you need to ski back to Clotes at the end of the day and walk down. Thankfully it’s all downhill but still a trek in ski boots and tired legs. The rooms are lovely, clearly upgraded in recent years. Beds are comfortable and the shower is good. The bar is nice too and attracts locals for a coffee in the morning. The breakfast could do with more choices though. No hot food, only pre boiled eggs and a toaster. And plenty of pastries/cakes. They do offer some options made to order though, but at an additional cost. The hot tub is a nice addition too. All the staff are great. Very friendly and helpful Overall would recommend and stay again

The hotel was absolutely amazing, the service, care and attention to detail was second to none. The food at breakfast was amazing, bad service impeccable, and the room cleaning above and beyond. Would definitely recommend staying here, will be staying again.

Great hotel. Located close to main town- about 2-3min walk. Spacious rooms and en-suites. Clean and modern, with ski chalet wooden feel. Staff are very attentive and go out of their way to help. Every morning Rocco gave us a lift to the ski lifts. Return- you just walk down to apres ski bars. Breakfast - continental with few off-menu items- scrambled egg, crepe, pancakes. Stocked bar and Barista. They have a heated ski boot room in the basement. 5 seater hot tub on the terrace.

Great 3 star hotel in this picturesque village of the alpes near Torino called Sauze de oulx . Family run small business that will take care of you and make sure your stay is unforgettable. We were a family of 6 (adult children) and came to ski. I had trouble communicating with the hotel on the phone and I was skeptical but the place was great. They gave us the honeymoon room but the kids stayed on the first floor in a four person room that was not ideal but we made it work. The cleaning staff was amazing and everyday they provided service even on the holidays including Christmas. The breakfast was out of this world and included pastries breads, cheeses and meats , complimentary espresso or cappuccino daily. Then a complimentary shuttle took us to the sportina lift since the lift close to us was not operating because of the conditions. I am not sure if I would do that uphill to get there if it was not for the buses that also run for a fee. We rented equipment from across the street and also there was a mini market for snacks there. We loved the mountain and especially the fresh snow. The village is great and we ate on all of the recommended by the hotel places. Prior to eating we enjoyed the jacuzzi on the 1st floor of the hotel. The bar at the hotel is a great place to get coffee or dessert or a drink all day until 10 pm . We enjoyed our stay and we will be back. Thank you Rocco and staff

Immaculately clean with polite staff, the owner even took us to the ski lift.
Room was spacious, well designed and overall satisfying.
With wooden features and a homely touch Id recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a lovely holiday.

We stopped here for a night on our way to France. Sweet little place. Comfortable bed, nice shower, cute bar and solid breakfast!

Great staff. Great rooms. Great location. Great bar. Stayed 2 nights in June. It was amazing to see Sauze in the summer and without snow! Breakfast was perfect for our needs. Room was very clean with all the facilities required. Plenty parking for motorcycles directly outside on the street. There is a secure garage, but it was already fully booked.

Fantastic rooms, location and the most doting staff. Not advertised at all but it boasts a glorious free breakfast. Family run and maintains a warm charm. Ski locker facilities were also excellent. Would highly recommend. Truly a hidden gem!

A fabulous little find. Family run with real care and attention to detail. The rooms are lovely, storage a little limited if you have ski stuff. A chest of drawers would remedy this but not a huge issue. Anything you need, the owners provide. Breakfast is served in the hotel cafe/bar - a favourite with locals so you felt part of the real Sauze. Breakfast was good with great coffee. They also serve food during the day which was lovely and freshly made. We often had an early evening drink in the bar before heading out to dinner and the antipasto was the best in town. Great location, close to the centre of Sauze. Not a long walk to Clotes lift but it is uphill. Warms you up for a days skiing. The hotel have a mini bus and will shuttle you to any of the lifts. The hot tub was also a fab bonus after a day on the slopes. On leaving they gave us a lovely gift which personifies the real personal touch you get with this hotel. A little gem. Great value. I would definitely stay again if in Sauze.
