The deluxe room booked at ********** does not exist in the room types described on the hotel website. I'm not sure if I stayed in the same deluxe room booked. Totally different photos. The opening hours of the indoor and outdoor restaurants and bars should be clearly described, otherwise you will discover that the services offered by the facility are not active. The restaurant does not offer lunch options, not even à la carte. The bars are always closed. Not a sandwich or toast. We had to have lunch elsewhere. Italian language very little used and sometimes not known. A hotel of this category should be multilingual and, let's not forget, we didn't go abroad but stayed in Italy! It's a real shame because the location is fantastic! This review is intended as a suggestion to the owners; make sure all your customers feel equally welcomed. No disparities. The services you offer must take everyone and everything into account; there is the mountaineer who goes on excursions and comes back for snack time, but there are those who prefer to relax, stay in the hotel and would like to have lunch at 1pm (à la carte if full board is not available) , also because we have dinner at 7pm! Eating goulash at 3pm to have dinner at 7pm is not exactly ideal! There are also those who need to take therapy after lunch and need to respect certain times. Der Verdinser Hof is located in a quaint mountain village amongst a few restaurants, a little market, and the starting point of numerous hiking trails. The hotel has an alpine, cozy feel with an indoor and outdoor pool, gorgeous views, free on-site parking, a fitness center, and a kids play room. It also has a wonderfully rustic and natural spa area overlooking the mountains and valley. The staff was also nice and attentive. The rooms were a good size and were clean. Would definitely recommend!
