This place is great only if you are a couple and have rented a car and want to get far AWAY. And it is FAR AWAY from everything. Not good for a traveller with no car. Taxis charging 25€ additional on top of fare for pick up. Cost me 65€ to get to Pisa to rent a bike. No bike rental on site as others said. Only the bellboy Cedric Marco made my stay tolerable by being helpful or explaining problems. Sorry.

This place is a must! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a bit of TLC! You will get absolutely spoiled at a very good price too!

Couldn't be a better location for the festival. Room slightly odd but cool and comfortable.

A hidden gem! Beautiful location, lovely room and a restaurant that ranks above many I've been to anywhere in the world. Reasonably priced with great personal service.

Nice view and a quiet place to stay. The reception staff is kind and the room is clean cozy. The food is good and well cooked.
