The Abinea is a wonderful hotel. All of the staff are helpful and attentive. Our room was large enough for friends to share. The restaurant is great and well-organized. We were on a hiking trip and they were able to prepare take out meals for our lunches. The location is nicely located to access a market, bus, and cable car. I would returnn

The Abinea Hotel is a beautiful property, very well located and impeccably clean. The spa is excellent, and the lady who manages it is truly wonderful. The food is delicious, the rooms are large and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable but there is no air conditioning in the rooms, unfortunately. And yet, despite the altitude, in August it gets very hot in the rooms. However, I found it a little surprising — and somewhat disconcerting — that apart from the young lady at the reception, no one else seemed to smile. Most of the staff felt rather reserved and not particularly kids-friendly. No one to carry our luggage from the garage up to the hotel room. Sergei, who served us in the restaurant, was very pleasant and did his best to make our meals as enjoyable as possible. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff did not come across as very welcoming.

Highly recommended. Everything about the hotel is very good. The room is very big. You can see the church in the center of the town from the window. You can watch the sunset from the balcony every day. There is a sumptuous afternoon tea break every afternoon, which is FREE. After a day of skiing at four o'clock in the afternoon, I returned to the hotel and went to the SPA on the fifth floor to soak in the comfortable hot springs. Then enjoy afternoon tea. Go back to the room and take a nap, you don’t have to eat dinner. The breakfast was also very rich. There is a different buffet every night.

A wonderful hotel in everything it offers, from the beautifully decorated rooms, the fabulous restaurant, the quality and diverse food. Breakfast with many options, the best espresso drunk in a hotel, great variety of drinks. Special thanks to Sergey who took care of us at every dinner, made very good recommendations of wines, prosecco, etc. The heated outdoor pool is a very pleasant experience. The hotel has indoor parking for cars, a ski equipment storage room with boot heaters. The free bus that takes you to the slopes has a stop in front of the hotel (9 minutes to Alpe di Siusi, 15 minutes to Ortisei). I really liked this hotel and I will come back. Thanks, Abinea.

We booked one Night staying on the way to Italy from Germany. The Hotel is beautifully situated near the Dolomiti. Excellent service and the rooms are nice and spacious (our one had also a balcony overseeing Castelrotto). The open air Swimmingpool is absolutely stunning and we enjoyed it a lot! We eat in the Restaurant at night (Dinner included in the price) and the menu was eccellent; also the breakfast next day was very good. We really enjoyed our staying and we will surely go back!

We enjoyed our stay at Abinea spa hotel. The spa was lovely and extensive. It had all the facilities you can think of. The hot pool with jacuzzi on the 5th flour was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Thanks to all the staff, nothing was difficult for them.

We had a wonderful stay for a week in September 2023. Even before we arrived, the communication with the hotel was very helpful. Location in Castelrotto was amazing. From the moment you enter Abinea, the reception Staff make you feel extremely welcome. The decoration and finishing touches of the whole hotel are extremely well done. Every minor detail is taken care off. Our room was good size and quiet, bed was very comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool was amazing with the most incredible view in the background. The restaurant ambience was very nice and the food was excellent. Breakfast buffett was extensive and varied. The staff in the restaurant were exceptional. If you want to have a holiday in the Dolomites which includes everything Abinea Dolomite Romantic Spa Hotel is the place to stay at.

Everything is perfect. Location, staff at reception, waiters in the restourant, especcialy Mr Amine, Romantic Room, Food…….but most of all, their wellness center….really something magic! We will be back soon, it is a beauty rare as an untouched Nature where it is Abinea situated.
