The hotel is amazing. The staff are really helpful, friendly and serviceminded, and rooms are spacious, modern and clean. We had both breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant, the quality was really good.
Absolutely recommend this place!

Very nice hotel with new, spotlessly clean rooms and a constantly evolving structure. The breakfast was excellent. The location is also strategic, right in the heart of Chiusa.

Fabulous find! Beautiful ambiance, great restaurant and the pizzeria was absolutely the best I’ve ever experienced! The room was perfectly appointed, simple but very comfortable. The staff was great. Onsite parking super convenient. A great overnight on the way up to skiing in the Dolomites. Highly recommend!

It is good accommodation with good food, but:
- Events are also held here, the music is very loud until 00:00 at night and disturbing, it seems disrespectful to the customers staying at the hotel.
- There are few parking spaces, so if you come late you won't have a place to park.
- The wifi is very slow.
- It doesn't have AC.

Fair rooms, cosy and balanced. Great value for the money during the winter season.
The staff was great, helpful and supportive.
The breakfast was buffet with a nice selection of cheese, ham, great fried eggs, yogurt, milk, juices, coffee, croissants, strudels, cereals.
Dinner at their restaurant was good and also great value. We were 3 couples with different ages and habits and we were all happy with the choice.
It’s located in the center with access both from the upper street by car or from the city center by walking.

Compared to the high standard and very good value for money you get for accommodation in Italy, this hotel was a bit disappointing considering the mediocre location and the small, uncomfortable private parking. But the restaurant is very good and the taste you find inside the hotel and the rooms is the one you can get in 4 stars hotels in countries like England, Germany or Switzerland. TYhe service for the restaurant is fast and efficient, the one for the hotel the opposite. 60/100

In this hotel, unfortunately, I chose an economy room, so to speak, which was simply furnished but had some drawbacks. First of all, there was no bidet, and we weren't in France. The bathroom was tiny, and there was no place to put the face towels due to the shower attachment. The hairdryer was very small and dirty, and the cleanliness wasn't great. The large terrace with two access doors was nice. There was a kitchen, which we didn't need, but the wastebasket from previous guests could have been emptied. There was no minibar or air conditioning. The location is excellent, allowing you to walk directly to Chiusa via an external access, where breakfast is also served. Breakfast can be enjoyed outside, a very nice space, or inside, in a very quaint room. There was a good selection of products, and the young man who served us was kind. However, there were a lot of flies landing everywhere, and I would have appreciated a cover for the croissants, etc. The lady who welcomed us was very cold. I had to ask when and where breakfast was being served. She dismissed us immediately and didn't even say "welcome" or how dinner would work if so many people were interested. The room where dinner was served was fabulous. I recommend it only if you book a better room than mine, and also for the location.

The Hotel rooms look recently renovated. We got the triple room and had quite a good space. Bathroom is tiny but functional. Breakfast was fine, it offers local food, but not a wide selection. But what they had was enjoyable. Reception can be a bit confusing, but the staff is welcoming and gentle. I highly recommend it for its position.
