We enjoyed our stay so much! We stayed for 6 nights with the half-board option, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Every morning at breakfast we were presented with a 3-course dinner menu plus salad buffet options to choose from for the evening, which was a very nice touch.
The food was amazing throughout our stay and always beautifully presented. Each dinner felt special and carefully prepared.
Our room was comfortable and well equipped, and the blinds allowed for completely undisturbed sleep. We also really enjoyed the sauna, which was a great way to relax after the day.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay, and we would happily return.

Everything was great. Nice welness, good food, staff was 10/10. One thing wasn't good: at the breakfast there is a outside cage with little birds. It's just sad. Such a small cage for the beautiful birds. There absolutely no need for these birds.

We visited the restaurant inside the hotel (we weren’t staying at the hotel itself) - and it was an incredible experience. We tried two soups, the ravioli and the meat dish - everything was very tasty, and the chilled melon soup was truly something unique and unforgettable.
Also, a big thank you to Max, our waiter - extremely polite, attentive, and professional. He made the evening even more enjoyable.

I had an amazing time at this place. The breakfasts were abundant and delicious, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The dinners were on par with tasting menus from the finest restaurants.
After a day spent on the ski slopes, relaxation was easily accessible in the sauna and the lounge room, where hot tea was offered. For evening gatherings with friends, spacious lounges were available, providing a great atmosphere for playing chess, cards, and other games. The beautifully designed courtyard also left a lasting impression.
In short, this was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed at among all the ski resorts I have visited. The drive to the slopes takes around 30-40 minutes, but considering how incredible the hotel is, the travel time is hardly an issue. Highly recommended for everyone!

Review for the HOTEL:
We had a great stay, just be sure to check what kind of room you get. Some rooms have been remodeled and look awesome, others are probably a few decades old. Rooms that face the street are pretty loud because of traffic, while the ones that face the mountain must be much quieter. Unfortunately we stayed 4 nights in an outdated room facing the street.
That being said, the spa, restaurant and staff are great!

The food is exceptional! It’s approaching the Michelin Star food without the Michelin prices.
We had 4 dinners there. The care that comes with each dish is outstanding. Combination of flavors, colors, fine locally sourced ingredients… Bravo to the Chef, and thank you so much Max for being such a great and caring waiter!

Farley new and with nice design. Parking in the basement.Suprisingly good kitchen! Great spa\pool area. Nice outdoor bar.Huge wine room that i did not have time to use,but looked like one could spend some time there!

Perfect Rooms, Breakfast, Dinner & Service with a warm family touch. All kept extremely clean. Also they have a very nice natural water swimming pool outside. We stop here every year again on our way in/out of Italy and never found anything better (with kids). Close to the Brenner on your way through but also in the area there is a lot of active site seeing. Klausen (Chiusa) itself on walking distance is a very nice village.
