A clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff and excellent, plentiful food. Situated opposite the sea and in the center of Marina di Ragusa, the rooms are spacious and functional. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Amazing! Highly recommended with both fish and pizza. I ordered the mixed grill and immediately felt its quality and freshness. The octopus appetizer was excellent, and I recommend the Donnafugata Anthilìa wine. The service was friendly, fast, and professional. I loved everything about this restaurant, and I'm glad I ate there!

Asked for a local beer and got served a bottle for €20!!!! Waiter didn't explain the price, the only positive we wanted to get 3 bottles straight away but he suggested 1 to start with😅
Ruined my visit because we felt done like a bunch of naive tourists! Lesson learned!

We have been to Miramare many times over 20 years, and the decline has been steep. Our waiter has been the same waiter from our very first meal, so we know the place.

Last night, we were seated around 9pm to a mostly empty restaurant, and reviewed the menu. The aforementioned waiter came and was...impatient. While we were ordering, he actually asked if we needed more time. Once the order was taken, a pre-teen birthday party arrived, and then it got bad. I can't fault the restaurant for poor behaviour of children (that's the parents work), but when this party began disturbing the meal of the group next to them, well, they should have stepped in. When the kids broke a glass and began waving it around, we asked another waiter to step in. This actually encouraged them to be worse. Where were the parents? The parents were inside enjoying a quiet meal. Actually, one of the adults did come outside, was right there when the glass broke, and he said nothing. He did not call the waiter over, we did.

Why didn't we say anything to the waiter or the hostess, you ask? They hid. Seriously, they stayed away from this group, and neglected the other customers in the area. One group, that was placed beside them despite a lot of empty tables, got up and moved. Some remained with pained looks on their faces.

Our food arrived quickly. Sadly, it was not because they're efficient at food production. We ordered french fries, fish, salads, pizza, and drinks. The french fries weren't hot, but warm and a little dry. So, heat lamps? If I wanted precooked fries, I would get them from a fast food place. The fish was okay, as was the salad, but, nothing special. My pizza was undercooked on the side where the dough is closest to the oven door. In an effort to be fast, they delivered less than good results.

No coffee, no desserts. We took our ticket to the hostess, paid and left. We liked coming here, and have done so many times, but not a good dining experience.

They assigned me a triple bedroom for having a more comfortable stay, it was a very cold night and the reserved single room could be a little bit uncomfortable: The breakfast was very good and with a lot of choices.
